Well young lady you are doing a great job! Iam a 75yr old grandma who until 8yrs ago was very active ,the I fell down a mountain and broke bones and now suffer withRA all the time. I found your channel and I keep a sturdy chair behind me and my walker in front so I don’t loose my balance while doing your routine. I am feeling very happy and hopefully from your positive encouragement and my balance and pain is slowly improving,so please keep up the good work us old ones are benefiting from you bless you sweetheart !

The more I do these, the more I realize how this is probably more important than any work out routine.
You whole system needs to be centered and strong. It's such a great way to start the day.

Yes, Take it to the next level and to the Qi flow at .75 speed then .5 the difference is crazy.
After a few years, people will be able to feel your presence. all your emotions will be amplified and it will radiate out as you work this field. People will be able to feel this Positive emotions or Negative emotions.
This key insight if done with consistency will charge your whole system and higher and intelligent beings start to take notice. This is where the FUN starts!!

Marissa, today is the first day that I have ever done Qigong. I watched and followed one youtube qigong video just before yours. I have been putting off doing this all my life. I am 64. Now, that I desperately need it, it has found me. I almost stopped a few times while doing this however, I kept at it. The standing meditation was wonderful. You have done a wonderful job. Namaste.

These aren't gymnastic, they're just yoga poses, essentially. All the methods used are used in multiple practices. It did lack in martial arts poses my courses showed, but this is basic warm-up that won't cause physical harm for a beginner.

This was one of the most relaxing experiencing I have yet participated in. Your soothing voice and peaceful and centered approach to the practice really drew me in. I have been a nurse for 8 years, but the last 2 years since the pandemic, really sent my physical and mental body into overdrive. I have recently been stopped dead in my tracks by the heavenly beings. Certain health concerns have come about that have brought awareness to my well being and my failure to pay attention to my body. I turned 30 last week and heard a wake up call to my own health and mental/physical needs. Today was the first day I have practice Qigong. I have been meditating for multiple months now, without a missed day. This beautiful practice is what has been missing in my daily routine. Every day I do PT exercises to help with my recovery from lower back surgery. The other day I was watching random videos on TH-cam and one of your Qigong vids came on. I have done one a day now for five days and am really feeling a lot better. The routines are soooo much more of a whole body experience then my physical therapy. Thank you for sharing your kindness, your knowledge and your spirit of healing and happiness with us. You are a blessing.

I've been doing this 30 minute intro for beginners for five days, and I love it. I'm 72 and used to be very active, but a hip issue slowed me down two years ago, and since then I lost my strength, flexibility and motivation to move. This is helping me move gently and gather the energy I need to slowly move more. Thank you for such a gentle place to begin!

Trying to teach myself Qigong through TH-cam is hard but your video by far has been the best I found, I was truly transported into my self, with my eyes closed in a meditative state and moving solely with your voice instruction it was a wonderful experience.

I'm currently a massage therapy student and we just completed Shiatsu. They only spent a few days teaching us about harnessing Chi and using it for healing others, so I wanted to dive more in depth learning about Chi. I'm using this to practice moving Chi. Thank you, I love the narration.

I had a wonderful experience with these practices. I could feel how paying attention to keeping the right posture makes all the difference in having a positive experience. As I got out of alignment I felt frustrated but as I repositioned myself I immediately felt relaxed, light and peaceful and I enjoyed the practice. I even got to that stage where no meditation ever took me to. Thank you for the careful explanations, it was so helpful!

I feel so happy, energized, and filled with beautiful light after doing this! Though I had heard of it before and been curious, before just now, I have never done it before. Qigong has showed up in my awareness several times in the past several weeks. Today, I felt that I needed to move energy and didn't feel drawn to my usual yoga, but I did feel drawn to this video. I'm so grateful!

I have been struggling deeply with health issues the last couple of years. Recently i've been to a acupuncturist and i've been given some herbs and diet advise. I've also been reading about Qi gong and practising it a little bit. I just finished this exercise and I feel good, thankyou! I read someone say in the comments even though it's 30 minutes it feels like 10, and it really does hahah.

Hi Marissa! I just rediscovered this fantastic work out and can't for the life of me remember why I haven't been doing it every day. I recently took my Reiki Level 1 course and it occurs to me how beneficial a regular qi gong practice will be to my ability to channel the Reiki energy for myself and others. Thanks again.
