From a 63 yo computer novice- clear and concise- if I can follow you easily, ANYONE can! Great job! Not clear why some of things one the calendar are colored in bars, while others are just dots. Can you change form one to another?
If I add an event to a calendar from my cell phone, how do I get my calendar on my laptop to Sync or Refresh to reflect that change - besides just waiting until if shows up? On the Cell phone you can refresh. Thanks

I handle 2 calendars one lives in Texas and the in NYC and I have to set time with ppl in AUS. And the AUS time is giving me anxiety. I just can’t seem to get through scheduling with Texas and AUS. Can you teach me how to do that. I cannot put 3 different states and country. Google only allows 2.can you give me a way to make scheduling easy.

The one's that are just dots are events that have specific times of day allocated to them, but the coloured in bars are all-day events

I think it literally just shows on all devices immediately, provided your other devices are connected to the internet with your gmail open.
