Im a Marine vet and loved the camaraderie. The closet I've see for non military members has been at crossfit and jiu jitsu. I don't discourage groups of people getting together and getting in shape and building a community. I've done hundreds of classes of crossfit, it definitely wore my joints out, so I'm not a big fan of the programming. But the support and teamwork was outstanding.
I think crossfit is stupid. I see vets running to crossfit to fill the “bro” void in their life. Then they get injured and quit doing anything useful to the world, but by golly they get their bjj and crossfit in every 5 minutes.

Was just gonna post about F3. I know that not everyone is into working out… but F3 was the exact style of fitness I am into. I wish everyone could find a free group of likeminded individuals that meets regularly to participate and commiserate and uplift each other the way F3 has done for me.
My son, 35, has been w a F3 group for about 4 years and his wife in the women’s version. Sounds awesome. They’re both marathoners too. I stick w weights and short runs.
Chili's burpees were terrible lol! Love the competition and how salty you guys get. The assault bike is no joke. Funny timing to see this cuz I did a 100 cal ride yesterday off the back end of a 3-set dumbbell military press/ring row couplet + 3-set dip/curl couplet. Brutal.
Love this channel you guys have been picking some interesting challenges lately. They remind me of the challenges me and my homeboy used to do when I was in the FEDS. Chilli gotta get your form right on them burpees though, 😆 🤣
Suggestion = keep your challenges to 3 evolutions, 1) plays to chili strength 2) plays to chads strength 3) the 3rd event in the challenge plays to neither of your strengths!! I really think you guys are onto something
Nice video! I have a 45 minute challenge for both of you… 2.6 mile run total… start running and stop 1/3 way and do 30 air squats/ GM Darlings/ 4 count flutter kick each..get up and keep running… about 1 mile I to it… stop and do 40 air squats/GM Darlings / 4 count flutter kicks.. get up and start running about 2/3 into it stop and do 50 air squats / GM Darlings /4 count flutter kicks… run to the finish!
Park at the boat ramp parking lot on Raccoon Mountain Rd next to the Tennessee River outside of Chattanooga. 50 or 100 burpees your choice, then cross the road and run up the "High Voltage" trail to the top of Raccoon Mountain. That would be an impressive test.
I counted 25 burpees, and guesstimate 75 m on the assault bike and 50 m sprint. I would call this the one-quarter plus change centurion. Anyway it still looked brutal; good show!
Love most about these guys is there showing you even though we are civilians have not been through their training you can be this physically and mentally strong don’t let the call of duty and Tark off weaves brainwash you you can be this strong in this confident and that’s why I subscribe to this channel these guys are awesome thank you for your service boys
My thoughts exactly about CrossFit. If you want to flip over tractor tires I am sure a farmer could use a hand. Volunteer in your community and get a work out with a purpose.
the humor is the best with u guys. love it. how about 100m sprint on a track, 400m sprint on a track and 100 burpees for the next challenge :) keep them coming gents!
When are you going to face off against Goggins? That’s a video millions want to see. The race you do with the last one standing is what I’d like to see cause I think both of you would be it towards the end. Thanks for the motivation today.
Better than Starsky and Hutch keep up the good work. I broke my neck and my back and you two boys are motivating me to push through some sh!t. Thanks for the laugh and workout idea. 💪 keep it up guys 😃
Do the MURPH!! I would imagine you’re well aware of it because of the SEAL background, but it’s all done in a weighted vest (approx. 20 lbs): -1 Mile run -100 pull-ups -200 pushups -300 squats -1 mile run This is for time so it’s fun to try and improve on times. It’s always brutal too, the weighted vest is a game changer for sure!
nice competition as always! Love it guys :) Rucksack on mountain competition with full kit. A warrior train like he fights ;) That would be an idea. Have a great time guys!
I learned a long time ago, "never challenge experience"... although the youngin' is very competetive, Chad has that hard earned ability to take his mind somewhere else...where the mind goes, the body follows... great video Chad, thank you... :)
14.03 is my PB. I’ve done the Centurion a handful of times now and the last 20 meters of the assault bike is brutal. Thank you for the workout. What were your times? God bless you both.

Hey Fellas! Bout to turn 61 and still killin it thanks to F3. i invented a work out called 5 rounds with Yogi. 20 merkins, 20 squats, 20 WWII sit ups, 20 Dips, 20 Down Dog Shoulder push ups ( Known in F3 as Carolina Dry Docks} & of course 20 BURBEES. 200 yard run . Rinse & Repeat for 5 rounds . 40 minute MAX. GET SOME!!!! SYITG, Yogi
Again, another great challenge! "Taking a crap..." AWESOME! Tonight I plan to assault this challenge in my local park. Maybe follow that up with building the tallest sand castle, as a tribute to sculpture since I am the one suggesting it & I am a sculptor/ fine artist.
You can follow that up with a blizzard snow race, when we have a snowstorm. When I was a kid I had a paperroute, & like the mail, delivered rain or shine... including record deep snow. Or bicycle in the snow; I bicycle year round as my transportation.... including wipe outs on ice with my guitar on my back on the way to play guitar for church (which I no longer do).

Dude cracks me up in his deliveries.
Cool guy.
Always pushing Chili to keep up with you, that makes for an excellent training partner. Love the humor!!!
The best duo. Such a bond between them too. Love to see it.
Love the 3 of 7 concept. To God the glory!
Love the chemistry between you guys , keep ‘em coming, awesome channel!
The banter is fantastic ! Just finished watching you on the Mike Ritland show.. miss living in Georgia ! :)
Where do you live now, and how is Georgia different?
How does Georgia like Texans?
100% would love to see more CrossFit competitions.
"CROSS FIT IS STUPID" !!! Well, Chili got one thing right!
Wish I had a buddy like Chadd.
Life would be fun as hell.
Look up F3 where you live. Best bunch of men I've meet in a long time. And Chili is correct Cross Fit is STUPID!!!!
I love how pissed off Chili is over losing. Goes to show CrossFit is good when done correctly. Can’t be a one trick pony like Chili
Lol
Am at work now , will watch when I get home. Your content never fails to deliver the goods.
Enjoy your journey brother! 🙌🏻
Gotta love Chili. He was hanging in there pretty well in the CrossFit element.

The biking was fun to watch. 😁 wow those crepe myrtle trees are gorgeous up there in Tennessee. Yeah that old bull still has it!!! 😄

Chilli only did about 20 actual burpees, the rest were some weird step-lunge-sissy pushup thingy. Ha
You guys rock.
Looking good, Chad. What about pull-ups, push-ups, then a 3-mile run with some hills??
The assault bike is no joke! Had to do it before a redman drill w/ other workouts. The harder you go on it the more difficult it is (duh).
