I think English stadiums need some change from within the fan-communities. Crystal Palace’s Holmesdale Fanatics are a wonderful example, I have gathered that similar initiatives have been going on at Arsenal and most recently Leicester? Those lads shouldn’t be mocked but rather supported, enough with the library-atmosphere and getting embarrassed by every German section that comes to England. I think change can happen if people form well-organised groups of fans engaging in creative support, although it’s obvious that conflicts and obstacles would emerge due to British legislation and club-ownership-structure, which obviously makes things additionally difficult
