Thanks - I hope so too! I've never bought one before, I've heard its not QUITE as sturdy as regular sets, it's effectively a fan design, but not so fragile that it falls apart or anything! Thanks for commenting.
Happy birthday Jez! Most people don't like the Jack Stone line, but I like it kinda to spite them. (Also because they tend to be cheaper in the secondhand market.)
Thanks! I wouldn't buy all the Jack Stone sets, but as a Lego collector I feel I should have at least ONE thing from every theme! Especially as I collect minifigures. It may look weird now, but back them, it was a pretty popular theme.
Thanks! Yes, I collect minifigs, so Darth Maul is great and I love the random stuff that Lego used to make, so the 22 year old, BRAND NEW clock is cool too! But the Engine shed is obviously teh best bit.
Happy birthday 🎉 The old engine shed looks really cool, but it’s a pity that you can’t connect it to standard LEGO tracks. Though you could always buy the adapter piece from trixbrix you’ll still need to accommodate for the built up height.
Thanks for teh birthday greetings! and yes, I think my options are to either: swap the track out for standard Lego track (but that would mess up the inspection pit inside the shed or like you say, get a trixbrix adaptor (or one from the million of people who seem to now be 3D printing them online!!) or cut the nibs off the end of a piece of standard track, so it will butt up to the old track in the shed. But thankfully, I imagine I will end up ballasting all my track work, so it will get raised up to the same height. Thanks for commenting.
Thanks for the birthday greetings... and THANKS for the sub too ! while you wait for my next video to drop, there's a big back-catalogue to have a lot at. Lots of City Mods (a whole playlist) Lots of classic space A series on building a London tube train and station, and loads of other random stuff in between! I hope you enjoy what I make. @@MinifigJez You may, Im 57. Currently down in Devon on holiday and will be catching up on ‘Purchases’ 😉 on our return. 👍🏼 I was bought 4 of the Scooby sets sealed but opened the ‘Mystery Machine’ great build’ love it and just need to get the Mansion to complete the collection, so will be on the look out for that 👍🏼
@@357sjs only a LITTLE older ! The first major Lego set that I REMEMBER getting is 377 Shell Service Station, so that should give you a hint! brickset.com/sets/377-1/Shell-Service-Station I'm taking my family (the ones singing in the video) to Woolacombe in Devon in a few weeks time. If sunny, sitting on the beach, if rainy, surfing in the bay! A lovely town but with only ONE major drawback... not a SINGLE shop sells Lego !!
@@357sjs I think there nearest I'll get, is if the village shop sells Lego magazines, and there's a foil bag on the front cover !!! Although I did make a TH-cam short while staying there a few years ago!!! th-cam.com/users/shortsOazvB_RVfzs

What a nice collection of gifts. Looks like you will be busy with that train shed. I've heard it is a wonderful build.
Yes, I haven't started it yet, but it sure does look good fun!
Happy birthday! 🎂🎈🎈🎈
Thanks!
Cool BrickLink Set. I hope you have fun building it

Pretty good haul! That bricklink set is awesome!
It really is! I've never gone for a BL designer program set before but this looked SO good, I put it on my wanted list.
Happy birthday 🎉 Nice mix of unusual Lego there.
Thanks. I like to get obscure Lego items as well as the mainstream sets too !
Congratulations 🎉
