The outcome is amazing! For just a small group of young adults who have made a passion a reality, and with limited resources too, you guys have made a worthy fan film. Sure, there are some things to be improved upon, as stated in other comments, but it was a great film and each one will get better! I was glad to help out in the small way that I did, and I'm proud of my brother and all of his cast mates. Can't wait till the next one!
Shout-out to the team for poking fun at everything at every chance they got because its not enough to just do a fan film. They had fun and i truly enoyed it. Thanks team
I always like Batman team up with Green Arrow better than Superman. Because both are non-superpower and rely on their skills. Batman and Superman seems like an unbalance team with one normal hero with another Super Hero with super human strength, heat vision ability and flying ability.
Pretty cool movie for the exception of: Blonde haired Bruce Wayne, rattling arrows (all 5 of them) in the quiver, corny Batman uniform and mask. Seriously, keep up the great work!!
It was a good storyline, enough character mix to keep the story moving. Costumes were pretty good....but just a few critiques. Batman needed a better mask. When Green Arrow fought, his arrows clinking about made me think he was about to spill his arrows all over the place. Less reading, more acting. A few edits and you're good to go. Given that it is a fan film and not a studio production, you all did an amazing job.
Would've been better if actors ACTUALLY looked like the real ones, fighting was a little more real, sound was better, equipment was better, and costumes
I suggest you guys go over this film and re-edit it. just to add sound affects for the punches and kicks and arrow shooting and the cars. Also, if possible I would say to reshoot it because it has a great plot, but the acting and sound quality is a little off or exaggerated at times.
With most fan films I know that acting isn't going to be award winning or anything like that (hence FAN film).... I think the biggest thing you guys could have done to make your film better was add music into your film....Music adds tone and suspense to the movie... I think if you guys would have incorporated that more into you film it would have been more enjoyable to watch...
Should redo and make it better with the editing and the fighting sequence. but your actors really sound like they're reading more than acting. just some of my own opinion and observations.
+lbrosfilm Well I'm not trying to self promote. but i myself am in the process of making an Orginal Web series. I wrote episodes and I'm directing it myself and acting in it. If you want to see one of my screen writes I'll show you just to prove i am not lying. The point is If you need help with scripts i would gladly help. Without pay of course.
Holy fucking shit mates. This just popped in my sub feed, and I'm so fucking pumped up for this! I haven't seen it yet but I wanna give a virtual high-five to everyone who made this movie. Let's go!
Dante Deantonio well I watched it al and I have to say: Damn! I really enjoyed it. The story wasn't too complex for anyone who normally doesn't watch the show, it has a nice pace and the dialoque isn't awkward written or anything. The best 3 actors are: 1. Bruce 2. The riddler 3.Bruce assistent (forgot his name) Bruce really stands out on the others if you look at his acting skills. His facial expressions, voice, etc. is really good. The riddler and Bruce's assistent are both on the same level. They have their awkward moments but make up for it. I don't really have much too say about the others. They weren't bad, but sometimes a little bit stiff and without emotion, which Oliver sadly suffers from. He often sounds like he is actually just reading the script out loud without emotion. And uh... Felicity. She was the most stif person in this movie and made the scenes kinda awkward (but none of the scenes in the whole movie were cringeworthy). As for the rest: The shots were interesting. The quality went kinda up and down. Like for ex. there was this shot which could easily fit into a A-movie and directly afterwards, you're reminded that you're watching a short film on youtube. Which is not always a bad thing, but a balance would be nice to see. And the music. Or actually the lack of. The music creates a tension which I missed during the fights scenes or intimate moments, like the encounters between Oliver and Thea. The lack of music didn't make the movie worse, but it changed it. It doesn't have the same feel as when you watch an episode of Arrow, but it gets way more real. Like your watching a documentaire. And not a boring one! Overall I give this movie a 8/10 and a quick summary of the pros and cons + not cringeworthy + good story + nice camera shots + some good actors + holds my attention - Some stif and almost cringeworthy actors - lack of music P.s. I love that the girl's name who plays Harley is Karley ;) P.p.s. It's fucking 1 am and I'm sitting here, some random 15 year old, writing a review for a short film on youtube, what I am I doing with my life. P.p.p.s. fucking loved your movie guys! Good job!
I think that very last line of Dialog is something Oliver would actually say after Bruce comes to his City and cleans house without breaking a sweat. "What I can take that guy, I'm serious!" Whatever dude Batman just made you his bitch stole your girl & your city.
Interesting fanfilm, overall I really like it and any casting issues I may have or timeline issues I attribute to this being a different earth in the multiverse. ;3 (That way Diggle can be white, Bruce can be blond, and so forth.XD)
+Dante Deantonio Nah. You were definitely hot and fit too!! But that's been done with Oliver on TV with Steven Amell. However, Batman RARELY in TV or film looks like someone who has put himself through years of physical training to withstand the rigors of frequent hand-to-hand combat. Nick did.
hahaha...funniest shit ive ever seen.it should be a comedy...ground floor empty offices...fake ass costumes,,billionaires living in a one bedroom...uncalled for yelling.....batman in a blue mustang??I think I will make my own movie
We'll get better as we move on. Trying to do a feature in 2 months time is hard to do on a small budget and with everyone's day job. things got rushed when they shouldn't have. Hope you continue to watch the new stuff!
Not bad , with a few adaptations two the story , I can see this fitting in with the first season of Arrow. Also I feel Prometheus would fit better working with riddler , just to avoid continuity errors.
For all the negative comments about this. The bad acting, the bad Batsuit, the bad lighting/editing. The one thing that pisses me off the most. You made ALFRED PENNYWORTH a fucking American.
Not bad at all for a fan film, a little stiff in places but a good effort. I know what it's like having worked on several film projects for my university course. Budget can also have a serious impact.
+Felix Lopez You should spend more time enjoying the story line and the character development than what people look like. Now, if the story took place in China and you don't see anyone who looks Chinese,or in Africa without seeing any dark-skinned people, then there's a problem, but only then because it's not realistic.
+Damien McDevitt The mask was actually made of fiberglass coated with a bed liner material. Duct tape wasn't used at all, but I'm sure you can find a tutorial online on how to make a duct tape mask if that's what your heart desires.
May I suggest doing an audio drama?? It would be a lot easier to make and I think you could do a lot more that way. Honestly, the storyline is good, the acting and the fight scenes were off. Doing an audio drama would help you focus on voices and sound effect without worrying about cameras, location, etc. That being said, I have absoluetely no experience so you dont need to listen to me XD
I've been going through fan films all night. From good, to bad, to terrible. And while I appreciate the effort, this is without a doubt the worst. Definitely keep working on the craft.
Some criticsims: Acting seems quite stale, not much energy, fight sequences don't seem fluid/realistic. Also, this idea that killing is wrong no matter what and the others berating Arrow until he believes the way they do is rather cringe. Perhaps a more open view explore the gray areas of killing, rather than this black and white manner.
"Can you put a shirt on while I am yelling at you?"
That was a really great and clever line. Love it and everything in this
Green Arrow and Batman actor should switch roles!
I agree
agreed and fix the wooden robotic acting alittle and boom this would be epic
Rone thank you someone agrees
Like Elseworlds
Right
This is my third time watching this and it is still an amazing fan film. Great adaptation of the Arrow storyline. Well done!!!
this is nicest arrow I ever seen. He usually don't give a f**k about criminals.
That bat helmet is weird
He's part lego😆
Poor Adam Hunt looked like he was 17 years old....
The outcome is amazing! For just a small group of young adults who have made a passion a reality, and with limited resources too, you guys have made a worthy fan film. I was glad to help out in the small way that I did, and I'm proud of my brother and all of his cast mates. Can't wait till the next one!
The CW shows us what it should look like...this shows us what it is actually like
Shout-out to the team for poking fun at everything at every chance they got because its not enough to just do a fan film.
And I thought my jokes were bad
Acting/editing/batsuit Could have been approved upon
The cowl can along with the gloves
Really great job guys! Really well done
I honestly enjoyed it, very well done
Not bad. I really wasn't feeling Batmans suit. And a big ol kiss between him and Felicity would have been a cool ending.
Pretty cool movie for the exception of: Blonde haired Bruce Wayne, rattling arrows (all 5 of them) in the quiver, corny Batman uniform and mask. Seriously, keep up the great work!!
This was great... I do have to say having them say each other's names when in front of the villain was a little funny though
The film is pretty kool, but you guys couldn't find a guy that really matched the John Diggle character?
+Ruston Henry We actually did a side by side shot of me and John and thought we matched up perfectly
Beautiful Batman and Arrow,,,,fantastic!👏👏👌👌
The guy who plays Arrow in this one, was really good! He should some more films
I suggest you guys go over this film and re-edit it. just to add sound affects for the punches and kicks and arrow shooting and the cars. Also, if possible I would say to reshoot it because it has a great plot, but the acting and sound quality is a little off or exaggerated at times.
+Alpha Bah As the film stands now, we have agreed upon all of the effects and sound thus far.
+Alpha Bah Would you like to help us produce this year-long reshooting process?
ever since the arrow tv show came out i always thought, "man oliver seems, like a more fun bruce wayne they would make a good fight:
This was pretty awesome for a fan film
Awesome fan film. I loved it. Really well casted.
With most fan films I know that acting isn't going to be award winning or anything like that (hence FAN film).... +Krazy Kidd Rehearsals are going to be a huge part of our next productions...
+Krazy Kidd Do you go to school for Cinema Production/Screenwriting as well?
+lbrosfilm I've yet to have my interview with The Art Institute of Chicago. i applied for screen writing and directing and acting
+Krazy Kidd Looks like I'd be the one helping you then. ;)
Holy fucking shit mates. This just popped in my sub feed, and I'm so fucking pumped up for this! I haven't seen it yet but I wanna give a virtual high-five to everyone who made this movie. Let's go!
+Rabondoos Reply with your thoughts afterwards!

actors could be a little better as could the batsuit and the coreography
I think that very last line of Dialog is something Oliver would actually say after Bruce comes to his City and cleans house without breaking a sweat. "What I can take that guy, I'm serious!" Whatever dude Batman just made you his bitch stole your girl & your city.
Not bad keep it up Overtime your movies will be epic hope to see some more Batman and Green Arrow good job
you made this with less than 1,000 subs. I am inpresed
This is really good! Ever thought about making a sequel that introduces more League members?
Was... this written by Marc Guggenheim?
I think it's a stan lee type credit
DrJonesPHD62
No it was written by shorty Macshitty
Interesting fanfilm, overall I really like it and any casting issues I may have or timeline issues I attribute to this being a different earth in the multiverse. ;3
(That way Diggle can be white, Bruce can be blond, and so forth.XD)
Fantastic!
Nicely done.. Hope to see another one with teams arrow and flash coming to gotham.
Around the 7min mark I was sure this was a porno
Very cool. A hot fit Batman / Bruce Wayne who you can believe is up for the physicality that his chosen life demands.
I'm upset you said this Kim, Nick(Bruce) thinks he's better than me(Oliver) now.
Nick did.
Very true, Nick did work very hard to get his body into shape for this movie.
hahaha...funniest shit ive ever seen.it should be a comedy...ground floor empty offices...fake ass costumes,,billionaires living in a one bedroom...uncalled for yelling.....batman in a blue mustang??I think I will make my own movie
The fighting is so stiff and sluggish.
This was really good 8/10!!!
OMG!! Its made in Pittsburgh!!! I wanna be in the next one!!
It's good for a fan made edit amazing in fact
I think this could of been a lot better with better fight scenes, better props, and better actors
We'll get better as we move on. Trying to do a feature in 2 months time is hard to do on a small budget and with everyone's day job. things got rushed when they shouldn't have. Hope you continue to watch the new stuff!
I really enjoyed it :)
Not bad, and the auqaman part was priceless!
My main complaints are that the "actors" seem unenthusiastic and you need to add more music and sound effects, especially in the fight scenes.
Anybody else see that hood had spray paint mask
Oh my fuck Patrick stump is the Riddler
15:59 Batman's cape XD
u guys need to do more visual effect in fighting, it's kinda nice 6 of 10, just need some visual effect in sound and put some music too while fighting
batman would never show his face
Not bad , with a few adaptations two the story , I can see this fitting in with the first season of Arrow. Also I feel Prometheus would fit better working with riddler , just to avoid continuity errors.
This was excellent.
those jazz hands at 5:22 tho
i was dying lmao
LOL Jeeeeesusss! Nice attempt, they shoulda made it into the TV show The Arrow, woulda kicked ass with a good budget
Very nice movie. Great crossover, DC should watch this.
This film is an 11/10 great acting
This is old version of batman
If this was on IMDb and cinema I would say it would be a 10/10
Lmao
Nice fan film making and will you do one about batman and batwoman teaming up partners since they are cousins?
For all the negative comments about this. The bad acting, the bad Batsuit, the bad lighting/editing. The one thing that pisses me off the most. You made ALFRED PENNYWORTH a fucking American.
and that diggle wasnt black
this felt like Arrow meets Gotham. Like Bruce just became batman recently and Oliver I in season 4 or 2 of arrow.
ah oliver more like season 1
Nice vid you should make another one with arrow in it with season 4 suit
I reeeeeeally didn't like Aquaman in this.
Not bad at all for a fan film, a little stiff in places but a good effort. I know what it's like having worked on several film projects for my university course. Budget can also have a serious impact.
pretty cool. mad that batman is smaller than arrow lol but still good acting, costume design is good too
it's so bad I love it ..
a more interracial cast woulda been cool for next film. but good work guys
+Felix Lopez You should spend more time enjoying the story line and the character development than what people look like. Now, if the story took place in China and you don't see anyone who looks Chinese,or in Africa without seeing any dark-skinned people, then there's a problem, but only then because it's not realistic.
Hope to see a sequel to this
the guys playing batman and arrow should switch roles
Arrow looks more like Batman and vice versa.
I hope u guys make another fan made video I really do
the best thing about this film is bruce and felicity... lol
Trying to watch this. Why does The Batman have a duct tape mask on his head?
+Damien McDevitt it's more of a helmet type mask, that the DC Universe online used, other than the typical cowl.
+Dante Deantonio It's a duct tape mask. I'm sure you had better ways to make it.
+Damien McDevitt The mask was actually made of fiberglass coated with a bed liner material. Duct tape wasn't used at all, but I'm sure you can find a tutorial online on how to make a duct tape mask if that's what your heart desires.
Man, thats just so absurd and proposterous
May I suggest doing an audio drama?? It would be a lot easier to make and I think you could do a lot more that way. Honestly, the storyline is good, the acting and the fight scenes were off. Doing an audio drama would help you focus on voices and sound effect without worrying about cameras, location, etc. That being said, I have absoluetely no experience so you dont need to listen to me XD
Lego batman vs twinkie Deathstroke?
you know whats funny basicly every villian in this film knows batman is bruce wayne:D
Provided a lot of laughs
The actor actually sounds like Stephen Amell not gonna lie
I've been going through fan films all night. From good, to bad, to terrible. And while I appreciate the effort, this is without a doubt the worst. Definitely keep working on the craft.
+Robert Gornick Well that's a bummer to hear.
Terrible batman mask but good film
good script, but they could improve on the acting
Never do Kevin conroy’s bat voice, it’s terrible when he’s not doing it
Some criticsims: Acting seems quite stale, not much energy, fight sequences don't seem fluid/realistic. Also, this idea that killing is wrong no matter what and the others berating Arrow until he believes the way they do is rather cringe. Perhaps a more open view explore the gray areas of killing, rather than this black and white manner.
anyone notice how oliver looks like paul walker
I do get that a lot haha
+Shayan “Mount Shay” Amin Adam Olinger
We need a part 2
I love fast forward
cool fan film
Good, but why is Diggle so damn small compared to Oliver? Lmao
I enjoyed the film, no music is good it make's it more realistic.
why is this called batman vs arrow when there not even fighting
AND THE FAMOUS WORDS OF VINCE MCMahon...YOUUUUUUUUR FIIIIIIIRED,!!!!!!!! :/
I thought i could watch this...until the helmet cowl showed up....pass
really good but my only problem is that alfred didnt have an accent
James Sirius...is that a Harry Potter reference?
