now that James Gunn is the creative CEO of DC media, and he has a great relationship with Kenvin Fiege, I believe seeing something like this on the big screen isn't impossible. However, James Gunn will have to build his DCU up to the point where it would make sense from a universe-building and storymaking standpoint. Sadly, the most popular Avengers wouldn't be able to be implemented as the MCU has mostly moved on from them. Gunn could use variants of them, but that wouldn't be the DC/MARVEL crossover he wants to eventually do. Also, Disney and WB: Discovery need to find a way to make it work. Unfortunately, that's the biggest barrier to break before such a crossover could happen. Especially, since Disney is self-centered and wants to be top dog all the time, the heads might clash with David Zaslav and his team considering they have "top dog" aspects as well. *Edit* This will never happen because his DCU won't survive due to hard-rebooting everything. The fans wanted Cavill's Superman story to properly conclude, but Gunn doesn't. He is literally gonna make the DCU into the MCU. Just with DC characters. I'm speechless to how well done this was. All of the adjectives I can think of doesn't come close to describing the level of Perfection. All I know is that a part 4 needs to be done, and then continue the saga.
After watching this overall video I feel like my English is so poor that I can't even define how much incredible this was. The way Reverse Flash kills Captain America at 12:30 just shows how effortlessly a speedster can destroy a non-speedster. Flash and Reverse Flash are just way too fast for anyone else in this fight, RF could kill half of the heroes by himself if Flash wasn't here to stop him
Even with the nonsense physical powers with all of them, Flash and Reverse Flash should be the most powerful ones but in the comic books powers are according to their popularity. With that unlimited ridiculous speed force noone should even touch them. If Batman was not so cool and popular character he would be one of the weakest. Yes I know this isn’t a mega big budget production so some parts are animated a little bit atrociously, but DAMN some scenes in particular looked CRAZY good. Mad props to you whoever you are, I was hooked within the first four minutes. Amazing concept that everyone needed to see on screen

pretty good. Really hope there's a sequel, because ending this plotline on a cliffhanger is just sadistic. also, this story is much better than the "Ultimate Crossover" video's. Purely because the dialogues make sense and its an actual story instead of characters fighting just for fanservice. also, character designs are more or less consistent.
@@SunelSamurai in Ultimate Crossover, yes. Not in this one. This one stayed consistent, but only changed them to depict the passage of time. That, in case you didn't realize, is an important element of storytelling. Also, it applies to the particular situation. After Steve died, people would change as he was the "best of them". He was their conscious and the "soul" of the team. Without him, they became depressed and vengeful. Hell, Superman grew a beard after a while. its possible that the Death of Superman story had happened not to long prior as well, hence his solar suit. Maybe Mighty Raccoon could've included a bit to show off the passage of time, but he didn't need to. Wasn't necessary for the "Rise of the Villains" story he wanted to tell. Not even Endgame did and that was well-recieved.

That’s the kind of Hulk we need to see!!! Was sensational seeing him run that fast with complete rage!!!!!!! I can hardly sit still!!!! And then the ending was out of this world!!!! This entire movie was nothing short of AMAZING! Just….WOW.
its accurate in many ways. hulk can move insanely fast. just like his strength there is no limit to his speed. but because of his... big... figure he loses traction and cant keep moving at that speed or he slips and slides. which is literally the animation in that scene.
At last a Marvel and DC story together, instead of fighting each other. Together, the heroes would be invincible. These petty villains would be ripped to shreds. Lex Luthor couldn't take a round with Iron Man. How wonderful to see Stark and Wayne working together. Neither Bald Thanos nor Borroca Darkside could stand it.
It's refreshing that Stark didn't belittle or insult his fellow superheroes or anyone else. Nice to see Iron Man treat Cap better until the bitter end. Much better than Infinity War and/or Endgame or any other MCU movie from 2015 going forward---through this day. Except that Cap died.
The effort and commitment needed to deliver something like this is commendable. The editing is one, then the storyline, and each character’s personal storyline … you have my salute. But that’s a burn, having cap gone like that. Batman keeps everyone in check in DC and Cap do the same in MCU.. having him dead that early is like throwing the marvel characters off balance
Absolutely incredible work. I didn’t think I’d ever get to geek out with a short film of fan’s dream. This is everything any comicbook fan could ask for. You put so many characters together and did them justice. Although I’d love to see Ghost Rider(Blaze) and Blade, this was nothing short of amazing.

AWESOME!!! Just the team up alone of Darkseid and Thanos is something big to see. Hopefully the next chapter has them helping with fighting something even worse, like Krona is the 1990's DC vs Marvel crossover series. It's a good cliffhanger, making it seem they are the problem. Yet both have a history of teaming up with the heroes to fight a common, very powerful, terrible enemy.
I wonder how long before one betrays the other. Lol. They both see themselves as the top ruler. Thanos probably has the better army, but I think Darkseid would subdue him in the end.
Some folks don't seem to know that there has been quite a bit of collaboration over the years. It all started with Superman v Spiderman in 1976. I cannot name them all off the top of my head but Batman and the Hulk, Batman and Spiderman, The JLA VS The Avengers, X-Men and the Teen Titans, Batman and the Punisher, Darkseid and Galactus (Darkseid takes a serious ass-kicking), Hulk and Superman, Batman and Captain America, Superman and the FF, Batman and Daredevil and DC vs Marvel are books I read over the years. They were complex projects that took years of negotiations. In the 1980s Jim Shooter of Marvel blocked the JLA v Avengers (the whole story is quite incredible, George Perez had an out built into every contract he signed that would allow him to do the JLA vs The Avengers if it came up, it did and he did), it took 20 years to get that series out but it was magic. So it is possible, but it ain't easy and with movie studios involved, it is even more complicated.

@@SunelSamurai Especially with Thanos having the Infinity Gems. The only chance would be for he and Darkseid to be on the verge of victory and have a falling out, start fighting each other. Darkseid's weakness is he has to be supreme, with no rivals. So Thanos would have to pretend to be a subordinate to even get Darkseid on the same side which the crafty Thanos is capable of doing. Still, sooner or later Thanos would run out of patience since Darkseid would boss him around just like he would his other slaves, at best, Thanos could expect Granny Goodness level treatment. Thus, as soon as he didn't think he needed Darkseid anymore he would snap his Infinity Gauntlet and goodbye Darkseid, probably temporarily, Then the heroes would have a fighting chance, they would likely find a way to bring Darkseid back, who would then join the heroes against Thanos because he would seek revenge, and with him that trumps almost everything, including working along with the heroes.

pretty good. Really hope there's a sequel, because ending this plotline on a cliffhanger is just sadistic. also, this story is much better than the "Ultimate Crossover" video's. Purely because the dialogues make sense and its an actual story instead of characters fighting just for fanservice. also, character designs are more or less consistent.

That, in case you didn't realize, is an important element of storytelling. Also, it applies to the particular situation. After Steve died, people would change as he was the "best of them". He was their conscious and the "soul" of the team. Without him, they became depressed and vengeful. Hell, Superman grew a beard after a while. its possible that the Death of Superman story had happened not to long prior as well, hence his solar suit. Maybe Mighty Raccoon could've included a bit to show off the passage of time, but he didn't need to. Wasn't necessary for the "Rise of the Villains" story he wanted to tell. Not even Endgame did and that was well-recieved.

And the part where Tony and Batman were saying to each other that Alex was going for the portal and then the Hulk yelled for them to quit watching while he was running fast after him was freakin amazing!!!! That’s the kind of Hulk we need to see!!! Was sensational seeing him run that fast with complete rage!!!!!!! I can hardly sit still!!!! And then the ending was out of this world!!!! This entire movie was nothing short of AMAZING! Just….WOW.
its accurate in many ways. hulk can move insanely fast. just like his strength there is no limit to his speed. but because of his... big... figure he loses traction and cant keep moving at that speed or he slips and slides. which is literally the animation in that scene.
At last a Marvel and DC story together, instead of fighting each other. Together, the heroes would be invincible. These petty villains would be ripped to shreds. Lex Luthor couldn't take a round with Iron Man. How wonderful to see Stark and Wayne working together. Neither Bald Thanos nor Borroca Darkside could stand it.

Absolutely incredible work. I didn’t think I’d ever get to geek out with a short film of fan’s dream. This is everything any comicbook fan could ask for. You put so many characters together and did them justice. Although I’d love to see Ghost Rider(Blaze) and Blade, this was nothing short of amazing.

AWESOME!!! Just the team up alone of Darkseid and Thanos is something big to see. Hopefully the next chapter has them helping with fighting something even worse, like Krona is the 1990's DC vs Marvel crossover series. It's a good cliffhanger, making it seem they are the problem. Yet both have a history of teaming up with the heroes to fight a common, very powerful, terrible enemy.

Some folks don't seem to know that there has been quite a bit of collaboration over the years. It all started with Superman v Spiderman in 1976. I cannot name them all off the top of my head but Batman and the Hulk, Batman and Spiderman, The JLA VS The Avengers, X-Men and the Teen Titans, Batman and the Punisher, Darkseid and Galactus (Darkseid takes a serious ass-kicking), Hulk and Superman, Batman and Captain America, Superman and the FF, Batman and Daredevil and DC vs Marvel are books I read over the years. They were complex projects that took years of negotiations. In the 1980s Jim Shooter of Marvel blocked the JLA v Avengers (the whole story is quite incredible, George Perez had an out built into every contract he signed that would allow him to do the JLA vs The Avengers if it came up, it did and he did), it took 20 years to get that series out but it was magic. So it is possible, but it ain't easy and with movie studios involved, it is even more complicated.

@@SunelSamurai Especially with Thanos having the Infinity Gems. The only chance would be for he and Darkseid to be on the verge of victory and have a falling out, start fighting each other. Darkseid's weakness is he has to be supreme, with no rivals. So Thanos would have to pretend to be a subordinate to even get Darkseid on the same side which the crafty Thanos is capable of doing. Still, sooner or later Thanos would run out of patience since Darkseid would boss him around just like he would his other slaves, at best, Thanos could expect Granny Goodness level treatment. Thus, as soon as he didn't think he needed Darkseid anymore he would snap his Infinity Gauntlet and goodbye Darkseid, probably temporarily, Then the heroes would have a fighting chance, they would likely find a way to bring Darkseid back, who would then join the heroes against Thanos because he would seek revenge, and with him that trumps almost everything, including working along with the heroes.
