Been doing something similar for several days. Figured out I could make quality seeds from quality tomatoes, which produces more quality tomatoes. When I get too many, I just sell some off at still a good value. If I need other produce for cooking, I just buy them. What I didn't realize is that I you could stack the fertilizer. I recommend that you dont put more than like 5 fertilizer at a time, theres currently a bug i which your plants just eat up more than one a day, people think its because of the farm tick getting desycned. Also yes the renown boost caps at 100% :> If you guys dont have a lot of worm farms/seed makers/preserve jars I recommend just growing blueberries/tomato. Blueberries you can sell as is, or save them for a cooking party, or preserve them for food. The tomato you can slowly turn into seeds until you have enough money to get more seed makers. I was doing all tomatos at the start but I couldnt turn them into seeds fast enough and it was clogging my storage. I eventually sorted it out but god damn was it annoying lol

This lets you make income while you wern't playing the game. Generally turning your produce into seeds means 1) you dont have to buy seeds and can usually self sustain your crops 2) selling the excess was usually more money as seed prices were way more than crop prices for some crops. Some crops made more money turned into seeds, some made more turned into jam, some made more turned into dishes. I havent played palia in like 2 months so probably more stuff was changed and different crops were added. You'll have to find up to date guides.
How important is the glow poop in maxing the tomato's? They are a huge investment. I have 6. So it limits the amount of poop I can use for plant growing. Should I have more? I have 10 seed makers.

Has the plant been fertilized and will it benefit the crop? Otherwise, placing a new batch each of the 4 days gets expensive. Will you have to same crop result if you wait until the last day before harvest to apply the poop? I have 7 glow poop machines and I'm running out of poop by placing a new batch each of the 4 days. I could put 4 on the first day, but will just putting 1 on at day 4 give the same result? Seems confusing from lack of Dev. info.

Initially as you use regular worm boxes you'll get quality fertilizer which you can use with regular tomatoes to get a bunch of quality ones. Then put the quality tomatoes into the seeder to get quality tomato seeds. Once you reach a higher gardening level you won't need quality fertilizer anymore and your quality seeds will always yield quality tomatoes.
Is this the best farm for profit wise? Also, how much is it to buy the maximum crafting licenses and how many crafters can we have in the plot? Thank you so much and I love your helpful videos.
I notice when I put harvest boost fertilizer down right after planting the boost seems to go away sometimes after first harvest so I have to reapply fert. Wonder if I'm doing something wrong? Or does it spend 1 boost after each growth tick?
Bro i have a big question maybe u can explain me, what is the point to put the quantity fertalizer every day and not just the day before the tometos grow up? if u put fertalizer for those days that u just water refil the plants you ll get 1 extra tomato per slot ( 4 day means = x4 tomatos for slot more)? or you just ll get x1 tomato no matter how many days you fertalize the tomato plant? how works it cause i guess a lot of ppl are a bit confuse with this how it specific works
Hey I have a problem: I just harvested my tomatoes and did EVERYTHING as you did. Only tomatoes, all seeds were star quality, I used the harvest boost fertilizer and still i did get not as much star tomatoes and tomatoes in general out of it as you did. I got 114 star tomatoes and 64 normals ones. What is this?! What is going on with my farm? At one point in this video, you got 243 star tomatoes and not a single normal one. The only difference is our level, Im just gardening level 12 now. But cant imagine that it makes such a big of a difference. This really annoys me. Do you know if your outcome was as high as in this video, when you were just gardening level 12?
Do you have all nine soils? Each plant give a minimum of 2. Did you keep the soil fertilized the entire time? Then each plant should give 3. At gardening level 25 with a quality seed it becomes a 100% chance to yield quality produce. At level 12 it should be a 87% chance (If sources are correct.) I don't remember when I was level 12 cause I wasn't writing down results, sorry. :(

@SwoleBenji I get stuck everytime I try to make Sashimi. It freezes my character when I start the recipe at the prep station. I hear others have the same problem. Do you happen to know a fix?
When you freeze, hit the 'H' button (default button for top down view of home editor) on your keyboard and then hit ESC. This will unfreeze you so you won't waste a spice.

anyone here experiencing the bugged that the fertilizer does not goes away like its supposed to be. I harvested my crops several times and still in there.
Does the HarvestBoost Fertilizer only have an effect when putting it on the tomatoes on the last day before harvesting? Or do I get more tomatoes when the Fertilizer was on the tomatoes more than just for the last day?
So far in testing just the last day. I get lazy and just throw them down since I tend to overflow with fertilizer by the thousands every day from worm boxes.
I tried and it wouldn't work for some reason. I believe the game blocks "left click down left click up" inputs with no delay between the press and release. I could macro left click down and it'd work, but the fact I'd have to add a delay to left click up (or release) means a whole lotta work. Also there's a bug where if you place fertilizer too fast you crash out and get sent to the middle of the village.
@@SwoleBenji i made a macro in razer synapse with no issues. Just a loop with 0.05s delay on both up and down click, and then told it to loop 15 times.
@@arakan8369 I suppose thats one way to look at it. Though usually something like a seed maker is used to keep the crop going not ...make money off its seeds. Seeds are also extremely cheap for a reason. But I guess real world logic doesn't apply to video games lol.

I used sashimi from glow worm fish but I'm switching to something less time intensive.

You can dump it all as it acts as a storage when not in use. If you use a different fertilizer you get all the ones placed on the square back.

You can have up to 30 total machines and the last one costed either 32k or 34k. But it gets super expensive.

It's supposed to use 1 fertilizer per growth tick but sometimes it bugs out and uses more.

Yeah, you can just use fertilizer before the growth cycle but I'm lazy so I just jam as much as I've got into the dirt and forget about it.

If you cook with a friend you can "add ingredient" and it'll unfreeze you. For solo? Just burn through spices till you aren't stuck. :(

It consumes the fertilizer though so you can just stack a whole bunch and not have to worry about it.
