The JetsonOne is the first step into the personal VTOL revolution. VTOLs /eVTOLs will have the same impact on society as the Ford card did a century ago. If I had 100K to throw around, I'd definitely get one even with it's 20 mile range. But the true leap in practicality will be the JetsonTwo, or whatever they call it, that can carry 2 passengers, some baggage and cover an entire urban area + perhaps nearby countryside.

there are rumors going around the that Jetson One has trouble flying for more than 1 minute. deliveries were supposed to start in Fall of 2022, but i have not been able to find a single video of a customer flying their Jetson One.
It's definitely cool. The price will have to come down a bit to make this more accessible to the typical person. I understand we live in a time where a fully option loaded pickup truck costs $70k. However, if we get to the point where these personal electric aircraft become our main transportation...by then I imagine $90k will be considered a bargain.
If they would just face reality and use gasoline engines, these would be a lot more practical.

Unclear why anyone would lay down $92K for a aircraft they can't use, especially in the US. The FAA will never grant a certificate of airworthiness to such an aircraft for use in America
it wouldnt be heavy enough for them to care. its a hoax product anyway.
