    Your channel is quite diverse, which also makes it never boring! Plus I can live my younger years trucking, feeding cattle, and pulling calves vicariously through you. We used straw to bed our cows and calves if we had to bring them in during calving season.
    Is that the first calf of the year? What a little beauty! Is it a little bull calf or heifer?
    It’s so wonderful to see all the kiddos helping out and learning life lessons and a good work ethic. Kudos to you and Haeli (please let me know if I am spelling her name wrong). Good to see Rooster also!
    Ohh an album finally!! How exciting!
    God bless you all and keep you safe ❤️🙏

    Nice rig I love cabovers. Used to drive cabovers for over 40yrs since I was 18 in 1977. However, love the long wheelbase, I love to see long wheelbases on big rigs, especially on cabovers a and duel stacks and twin breathers. I also prefer the old chrome 13 and 18 spd knows in the shifter stick. I still have my old chrome T shifter Handel for the spliter for 13 & 18spd spliter chrome knob assembly. Anyway take care of the old girl. AND HAPPY TRUCKING

    The best fuel lines are 5/8 air line and 1/2 return. And the easy way to get fuel in the lines is to put air in the fuel tank it makes it start quicker.

  • @timothymilam732
    @timothymilam732 ปีที่แล้ว

    Smart thinking on your part, for those reasons you mentioned.
    Also because if they're poor when they get pregnant, then about the time they calve.
    They're going to drop down in weight, because the calves are pulling some much from them, because everything they're eating goes straight into producing milk for their babies.
    So they take forever to catch back up, and sometimes you have to skip a year breeding program to allow for that to happen.
    Yes Sir fighting the drought here in Texas too, but hopefully with the huge amount of rainfall we've had since the end of last year will bring the water back up, thus letting the grasses rejuvenate themselves too.
    That's yet to be seen, but one has to be positive.

    Not good that fuel line rubbing on the pvc air line it looked like. If my engine didn't have a primer system on it I would start mine with starter fluid and let the engine pull the fuel up into the engine and let the motor prime the lines. You have to be careful with starter fluid because it washed the oil off the cylinder walls if you use too much. little squirts is all you are supposed to use and once the motor starts just little shots to keep it running. So you do not scorch the cylinder walls with the rings on the pistons.

    I'm no mechanic, mind you, but what if you have a T-junction (with valves) in one (or more) places a long the fuel line, so you manually can attach a device to the fuel-system to "pump" fuel from the tank up to the T-junction.
    I have similar (but backwards) system to pump sea-water out of my boat.

  • @toby0395
    @toby0395 ปีที่แล้ว

    Hydraulic hose is a bad idea for fuel lines, it will get you by in a pinch, but the rubber is not designed for fuel so the diesel can break down the hose prematurely and you can suck chunks of rubber into your fuel system damaging your pump and injectors.

    • @realwildwildwest
      @realwildwildwest  ปีที่แล้ว

      We ll see how they do. Got several thumbs up for use with diesel… but you never know till you know. There’s two filters ahead of the pump, so chunks of debris would never reach the pump, but I’ll keep an eye on that first filter and see if I ever start noticing anything
