So glad that you say a little bit into the video to not do unpaid post-doc stuff. I've seen a few people go into those types of positions and the problem is while maybe it's "good on your CV" getting an academic job is such a roll of the dice anyway that doing unpaid work just to not get a job is so much worse!

YES!!!! Exactly, Also I think a lot of people need to hear it is okay to "turn down" opportunities. If I never heard that, I may have easily fallen victim to working unpaid... but even as academics ESPECIALLY with our degrees, WORK IS WORK! Thank you for commenting and sharing our perspective!!!
