Mephiles appeared in only one game, yet he stole the show and became one of Sonic’s most memorable villains. This fandub just made him even more memorable.

The reason they don't move their eyes but just their head, is because their movements were motion captured, so they tried to portray their expressions through body movements.

The funny thing is, when your talking about their head, it’s cause they use motion capture, and since sonic 06 was rushed, they barely got to animate the heads, so they just made it so the blink and tall, and time to time they actually animate the eyes (in the small cutscenes atleast-)
