Hello, I find it using "Code scanner" at Control Center easier to start scanning. But quite often, right at the moment it seems scanned a code successfully, it halts there. Have you got similar reports like this? Is there a fix?

@@jeptic_yt4437 Not yet. The recent updates still haven’t resolved this issue. I even enlisted Apple tech support and they weren’t able to help either. All my searches on google didn’t come up with anything helpful.
My problem is that I’m trying to scan a QR code from my Nintendo switch to transfer videos and photos, but it won’t connect to the qr link : (

Apple’s QR Code reader is complete garbage.
Are Apple setting up an update to fix the QR scanning problem? Seems the iOS 15 update has caused it.they can fix it.

Open a camera of another mobile and place it infront of pc showing Qr code and then scan it from the mobile using your iOS device,this helped me
