I was watching this then realized my phone was plugged into my car and was taking my sound 💀
YES!! The same happened to me. No sound on any media I’d play, but ok with my earphones in.
Then I realised I’d synched my new car and iPhone earlier. Turned off Bluetooth and hey presto!! Who’d have thought it?!

OMG thank you so much for this! None of my sounds were working except alarms and I tried everything. But when you mentioned the Bluetooth setting towards the end I looked on mine and noticed one of my ear buds were connected I guess (even though I wasn't using them) and once I disconnected it then my sound was back. Thank you!!
Also one thing that might help is turning on your ringer, it helped for me for apps like games!

I was scrolling my settings for mins and confused why my iphone is like being silent and wondering that did I do, I only just changed my phone case. That’s why! I clicked the ringer button while changing my phone case hahaha Luckily I clicked this vid when I search a tutorial.
my iphone 13 silences the game or insta whenever i recieve a call inbtw and i have to continue the game muted unless its restarted. did all the steps above but its not working . what to do
I didn’t know what that little button on top of the volume do and when I put my case it probably moved it putting my phone on silent mode, thanks for the help

When you wanna record with microphone turned on and using bluetooth headphones sound is not normal I tried it on iPad Air 4 and iphone 13 the same thing.. uts after updating to ios 15 earlier it was normal.

I don't know it doesn't work for me I mean I can listen to it on TH-cam just fine but for games and the phones settings like typing sounds and messaging doesn't work no matter what I do l, i start playing one of my games one time and no sound at all then another game and also no sound then I played TH-cam a random video including this one and it works just fine. what's wrong?

Somehow it worked immediately. And I was trying for 20 minutes panicking before finding this video.
When i stream a series with 2x speed sometimes the audio gone then after i go back “10 second” the audio appear again.. after a minute its gone again i have to go back fourth sometimes.. after i messing up with the ‘Audio’ setting because im just curious after that when watching series the sound got muted by itself

QUESTION the way to upload a video using the TH-cam app on my iPhone what's the hold my finger on the app until the menu opens and then hit create in which case I could use the camera, post forward and backwards at the same time while filming and switch between the two of use, and it worked fine, but this year the audio stopped working, although the camera will switch between forward and rear views there is no audio. Do you know why is this something TH-cam dead or am I being punished for too many F bombs in my videos lol thanks in advance for any answer you might have
