Wow man. Freddy has such a powerful history and story. Its crazy. Inspiring to say the least. I'm very happy to know something I love so much has such a rich, real, raw history that involve real life people that sometimes we just feel for, and even think about ourselves and our own lives.
I learned to tattoo in prison, and I can definitely tell you this.. You are the shit if the fucking CO's are getting inked by you. Freddy has always been an inspiration to me personally because of how he came up, and how he overcame prison and addiction. Today I have 900 days clean, but it was because of hearing Freddy's story that I even considered any of what I'm doing now a possibility.
