My friends and I read through the patch notes for caverns of time (primarily the buffed cards) and the reactions were INSANE! Some cards got sooooo much better haha!

Thought twist hype was overrated, so I crafted a cheap discard lock and went in to try it out. It actually gave me so much nostalgia seeing the old cards and old maps from when I first started playing. Fell in love right there.

This year feels like a massive improvement for me with the Stormwind cards having been retired, Festival and Titans have felt like lower key expansions where I don't absolutely hate playing against anything so it's made Hearthstone feel like the nice chill game I play while listening to podcasts again.
Accessibility to older cards is my main issue with twist, for someone who started playing the game during frozen throne and being f2p meant I had to disenchant old cards to keep up with standard
I wish I had been into hearthstone when old gods was released but it’s nice to see them revisit older archetypes and hopefully bring some of the excitement back ❤
I haven't opened any packs. Just constructed C'thun warrior with what i had and slowly climbing the ladder. Probably can use some more cards. Games are fast and all the players play so fast i constantly suspect bots. So refreshing after Standard and Wild, where it is roping season all the time :D
I'm genuinely surprised how much I've been enjoying twist. I haven't played standard in a long time but this feels like a blast from the past and I'm loving it.

Caverns of Time has been pretty fun. Only got 10 or so packs using gold, but I had enough cards to make a freeze mage deck which I put the legendary I got (Chromie) into, been quite fun!
Twist has been a lot of fun, but it doesn’t seem like the new cards really make a big difference. Hopefully the meta shakes up soon. Thanks Zeddy for all the updates and sharing with the community.

I really like the idea of "wild" expansions. Hope they continue with that, even just once a year would be very nice.
It stretches the gold WAAAAAY too thin though. Too expensive to play both modes, and Wild is not really worth investing in.
