Lisa didn't sue him eventhrough he hurt her, their relationship was like brother & sister and she even took him with her on family vacations, made fun pictures or videos with him and he started to take her money slowly over the years, not at once. Which makes it even sadder because until 2019 where the law in Korea got changed she had gotten paid 6 times less than her members. Even yesterday she was on paris airport sayin goodbye to her mom who was leaving for Thailand, lisa had to be on her flight to korea back after an hour. She was sad obv, but still greeted her fans who came to see her, she even sat with them for 10 min, had a good chat, signed albums and everything. It was unreal someone could be this humble and polite and of pure heart🤍

Like so much in America we have atrophy or we do things like American idol crap which can make good tv but also doesn't prepare them only stuff like blackpink members did the 14 hour days for 13 days for years type stuff with vocal and dance lessons etc that level of prep work is extremely intense. We also do groups very sloppy like the girl group Dream that P Diddy created they just had a cousin or friend of one of there relatives fill out the lineup they lasted 1 album the members of that group had little to no personal relationship/chemistry which is about 80% of a groups success the other 20% they had no concept or vision of the group to market to the public.

What I find so admirable with these young ladies is they are all worth over $12 million each (not sure the exact amount) and they humble and down to earth. Fortune tellers and native healers are common here in Southeast Asia. It's not as much seen as a novelty as in the US for example, but rather part of our culture. My family doesn't personally believe or refer to them but my grandparents and great grandparents definitely do. It's like that here in the Philippines so I wouldn't think it's much different in Thailand as well. I know Asian culture may seem *very* bizzare for Westerners but for us our traditions have been present even before when we were born. Yes, it is true that the girls stayed in dorms that had cockroaches when they first became trainees. they talk about it in an episode of Blackpink house 24/7 and the girls mention that Lisa was the one who killed the roaches. I think it is over dramatized in this video here. Although all of them came from affluent families, they had humble beginnings as trainees.

When they were trainees they lived in the basement of yg is where the cockroaches were at but the apartment you saw in light up the sky doesn't have any bad bugs they got that 4 bedroom apartment after debut provided by yg in a upscale apartment building overlooking the river in Seoul. I love all 4 of them ot4 they deserve everything they worked hard for here.

You can watch that on their channel 24/365 episode 4 if i'm not mistaken, even one of their staff/directors said "I never thought you guys had been through that stuff" since probably people who saw Blackpink would think that they are spoiled girls or at least never imagined they want to live a simple/hard life..

The world of kpop definitely has a dark side. I love the music, but there is so much Toxicity when it comes to fandoms. There is a constant war where one fandom starts rumors about another, or makes accusations. Or any other number of maliciousness... all to "support their idols". It happens to every group. When it comes to Blackpink, they get more than most I think, because they are so popular. And especially Lisa and Jennie in my opinion, have had it really bad.

That time many blinks was curious why her former manager wasnt with ther and she was accompanied by a new manager, blinks kept asking bc the new manager seems like making lisa uncomfortable they want the old manager and with that yg released a statement saying that the manager got fired bc he scammed lisa and lisa choose to settle it instead of putting the man to jail

I think the word you were looking for was "sources" - but if you look up "LISA scammed 1Billion KRW", you'll find a lot of articles, which detail how Lisa forgave her former manager and is allowing him to pay her back over time. Also, the scene where Lisa was wearing an outfit you didn't recognize I think is season 2 of her being a mentor.
