I really like seeing Lisa as a mentor. We do not often see her show leadership qualities since she is the maknae of blackpink, but this just shows: She could if there was any need.
I don't think she was being strict although she was scary at times she was spotting obvious mistakes at least one other person whether audience or a judge would notice from their stage performance, she's a mentor trying to get them to be the best they can be and hopefully reach their dreams
Dude she’s being nice if my teammates and I were that off at practice with only a week left we would be absolutely murdered on the spot no questions asked and we would have deserved it the fact that she’s being this nice with this little time left is impressive

Lisa really is a great dancer Because she knows that the trainees don't have to "overact" the steps (like many male idols do) she knows you can be masculine and a great dancer without making the steps unnecesarily big That's why i love female idols dancers more
I hope that lisa goes back to being a mentor again, no matter if they say she is strict/rude, she is just giving her best to each student, whoever watched the programs could see the growth of each trainee in teacher lisa's classes :)
