Your trees are staked wrong!

Today I started planting the first trees on the berms in the huge food forest. As usual, it is a mixture of productive (aka fruit) trees and nitrogen fixers. My nitrogen fixer, in this case, was Leucaena leucocephala and it arrived very neatly and tightly staked to the uprights.
Trees absolutely must be able to move from side-to-side (sway) in order to develop thicker stems, so I thought - let me show the consequences of such a problem and how to fix it.
