Start with the front part and move backwards as your tongue gets stronger. Do it without gum, and focus on 'rolling' your tongue on the palate as much as possible. Forwards / backwards, side-to-side etc. And please have patience, it's gonna take a long time to rectify years of underuse. You can do it!
