Cycling Tour de France 2009 Part 2

The 2009 Tour de France was the 96th edition of the Tour de France, one of cycling's Grand Tours. It started on 4 July in the principality of Monaco with a 15 kilometres (9.3 mi) individual time trial which included a section of the Circuit de Monaco. The race visited six countries: Monaco, France, Spain, Andorra, Switzerland and Italy, and finished on 26 July on the Champs-Élysées in Paris.

Wonderful to see rim brakes bicycles. Disc brakes ruined the look and the aerodynamic of the bicycles.

These videos are absolutely superb - many thanks for uploading; having loved hour after hour it has reminded me of how brilliant Liggett & Sherwen are. They epitomise the Tour de France and it exites me to listen to the drama they are able to bring to their commentary. Listening to them 'feels' like the tour. Why ITV changed their team I will never know. Boulting & MIllar are not in the same league as these two.

Great upload. But my god British commentary has always been the absolute worst. Who in their right mind believed that Fabian Cancellara could keep yellow on the stage to Andorra? It was impossible and his own team said he'd try but it wouldn't be possible.

was it not possible to keep the results if each stage and GC ? too much trouble editing? why bother post hours and hours if you don't or can't do a bit of editing.
