Bill was not in a good mood that morning :)) he was right to be pissed off!
Even so, this is a nice car, the new tougher wheels takes off some of the gayish look of Boxsters of this time, which is a good thing for a car of this brand and this good!

Most of the stock radios from this generation (likely not the navigation radios) have a menu you can use to enable aux audio in; after enabling, you just have to wire up to the pins on the back of the radio. Easiest way is to use a wire wrapping tool and some matching 30 AWG wire around the male pins in the connector, and then adapt it (after strain relieving) to regular audio cable.
