i dont know if this is a spoiler or not but Ms.Kimberly is probably one of the strongest arcanists in the story up until now. But she ain't as OP as Arcana, Arcana is basically the Sukuna of Reverse 1999 😭
In the lore? Maybe but i feel like Druvis is one of the strongest. She can literally spawn and control trees at her will and us them to pin down large number of enemies.
