Born 1978 I loved both of those zelda games. The legend of zelda made my dad buy a Nintendo after renting the game for a week with a console lol so I thank that game for my gaming future lol

I had never played any zelda game, and last year I decided to play ALttP in the NSO's Switch service. I loved it! It's still very fun and with all the pixel-indie games that are very relevant right now it doesn't feel aged at all! After that I played OoT, BoTW, LA and Caence of Hyrule and am very excited to play the rest of the games in the series!
Its stil is even without bringing up graphics it is up to part next to ocarina and I feel its filled with just as much story as it. Young link adult link. And light world and dark world
Excellent video, TLOZ is truly an iconic series and has come so far. It holds such a place in my heart, including Twilight Princess and BOTW, of course.

Miyamoto was correct in saying that it is much more rewarding. Adds more of a sense of adventure. That's not to say that the other games in the series are bad or lack this, hell I love me some Majora's Mask and Link's Awakening, but it just felt different with 1/BOTW.

my favorite game of all time is zelda twilight princess. i got it on my pc and was having a blast until dumb me tried to make a desktop shortcut for it and somehow that deleted the file for the game and i only gor 7 hours of playtime, but in that 7 hours it proved not only to be my favorite zelda game, but my favorite game of all time

A link to the past is hands down the very best game in the series, I remember being so sucked into it when it came out and getting 3/4 of the way thru it then having my friend accidentally delete my save file. I immediately started back on a non stop marathon to get back to where I was. I learned to have a backup save whenever possible from then on. The minish cap is excellent also. The very first one on NES is in the top 3, when I first completed it I felt like I had really accomplished something.
