Thanks for this recipe. Whenever I search for a bread machine recipes, if you come up in the results, I pick you. Your counter is not cluttered. Ingredients are all ready and you only talk about the recipe. So succinct. Would love to see a really close up view of the final product but know it’s good anyway. TY.
I have my ingredients in my Cuisinart right now. Your instructions and the ingredients in the description makes for the perfect tutorial. I literally got everything in the machine in 10 minutes. It would have been less had I measured out all of the ingredients like you show here. I needed to warn my buttermilk up slightly 😮. Thank you ❤. I will be back in 3 hours. I got a hold to some royal jelly so I will whip some clarified butter and a bit of Celtic salt and local honey to spread on my wonderful bread when it comes out. 🎉🎉🎉
I was baking all day!!!!!! Mr. Bread Baker has excellent recipes.....I also made the Cinnamon Raisin Bread...another outstanding bread! Thanks again Mr. Bread Baker...
This bread turned out wonderfully. I did dark crust and was easier to slice with bread knife. Still softened just crusty and so delicate inside and tasty. Yummy yummy
@@mrbreadbaker368 yes this recipe is awesome…I make a few loaves every week, I have even added some dried honey to a couple loaves and this was also very tasty…thank you for sharing the recipe 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Do you think I can use Greek yogurt in place of buttermilk? Maybe thin it out a little with water since it’s so thick. I imagine the fermentation and acid is what makes a good loaf. I made a buttermilk loaf last year and it was great.
Can you please confirm you used regular active dry yeast and NOT bread machine instant yeast, or rapid rise yeast ? Ice been struggling to find a recipe that results in a light and fluffy bread, so I'm crossing my fingers this is the one. Thanks!
I made this bread today and the crumb was so light and fluffy, however, I had to add more flour once it started kneading. It was too sticky. I think 2 tsp yeast is too much as my loaf hit the top of the lid. You call it a 2 lb loaf but 3 cups flour is 1 1/2.
QUESTION: Can I use Monkfruit sugar instead of regular sugar for this bread? I have buttermilk that I purchased yesterday for just one recipe 🙄, don't want it to go spoil so I'm making this today.

Salted or unsalted butter?
I have a question....in this recipe you added the salt and yeast together...I thought they had to be separated? Thanks for your videos...
Hi, can I use the ultra-fast program for this recipe?
Can you please confirm you used regular active dry yeast and NOT bread machine instant yeast, or rapid rise yeast ? Ice been struggling to find a recipe that results in a light and fluffy bread, so I'm crossing my fingers this is the one. Thanks!
Hi Mollie, yes it was just standard active dry yeast. Good luck!!!
I made this bread today and the crumb was so light and fluffy, however, I had to add more flour once it started kneading. It was too sticky. I think 2 tsp yeast is too much as my loaf hit the top of the lid. You call it a 2 lb loaf but 3 cups flour is 1 1/2.
Are you using regular yeast or bread machine yeast?
Just regular active yeast
I need a recipe for donuts 🍩 🍩 in the bread machine.
Hi do u hv recipe to do gluten free chocolate bread?
Is okay to mix the salt and yeast directly together? Is not bad?
When your putting them in the machine it is best to try and put them on different sides or not directly on each other
@@mrbreadbaker368 yes.... that's what the instructions on my machine says....
@@cochinaable absolutely you are correct you don’t want to mix them directly
I only have low fat buttermilk in hand is it going to mess it up?
I only have bread machine instant yeast in hand. Could I use it instead of the dry yeast for this bread?
Hi, yes it will work just fine
@@mrbreadbaker368 Great!!! I will try to make it. I have tried your cinnamon raisin bread and it turned out really good!!!🤗 Thank you so much!!!🙏
QUESTION: Can I use Monkfruit sugar instead of regular sugar for this bread?
I have buttermilk that I purchased yesterday for just one recipe 🙄, don't want it to go spoil so I'm making this today.
I hope you enjoy it, it’s delicious! Yes you can use the Monk fruit instead
@@mrbreadbaker368 Thank you. It's in the machine as of right now. Almost 2hrs left for the bread to finish... Can't wait!!
❤️🤞
I sub munkfruit for white sugar in all my recipes! Including this one :)
Why did my bread rise too much? touching top of bread maker. Does smell good!
So his name is preppy kitchen he's got like over a million subscribers he's amazing
Does this recipe work with bread flour, or is all purpose flour better for this recipe?
They both work just fine I just use the all purpose because most people already have that I. There homes
@@mrbreadbaker368 Thank you!
I only have instant/rapid most of the time. Has anyone else has success with this, too? I'm having trouble getting this machine to perform.
My instructions say 4/5 tsp. I can't find a measuring tsp like that
Can you put your camera a little bit farther?
