Located in North Bend, Washington, just outside the Seattle area, Tiger Mountain is the trail system you wish you had in your backyard. If it is in your backyard, you're lucky and you should be riding it because it's awesome. This is my first ride down Atlas and I really liked it. None of the other trails were new to me, but they were totally worth riding again.
The fire road climb and descent that cross haul replaced was a truly miserable stretch. That trail is a godsend
It's amazing how you and I seem to have the same itinerary when it comes to trails. I think have done every trail in yours from Tiger Claw in WA to Oakridge in OR. I spend most of my time on Bells mt. In the winter and Silver star MT in summer. The biggest difference is you "Bike" them and I "Run" them.I do love watching your channel. I find them very informative. At 71 yrs old I keep telling myself that I should take up Mt biking to save my knees lol.😎
Nice! I'm only 42 and already I don't think my knees could handle that much running. Enjoy it while you still can!
I'm only 10 minutes away and put down a quick EBAD lap this morning. So lucky to have this nearby.
And yeah, as the others are saying-skip Preston. Side Hustle is really really good though.
That is one of my regular routes as NOTG and Atlas are my favorites. So many route options over at Tiger. FYI - Preston is somewhat boring compared to all the other goodness around, I did it a ways back and felt like I wasted my climbing effort and should have done something else. Do ETS (or close encounters) to ET instead, or ETS to Side Hustle, way more fun.

Preston RR is absolutely not worth it. ET on the other hand is worth it.

I feel like Preston should just get reworked and buffed out into a real climbing trail. Part of it's already an old road grade. Would greatly facilitate laps on that side of Tiger if a new northside trail ever got developed. 😍
love the channel. what is your favorite trail near the Vancouver area (i live in Vancouver also). I love cold creek and thrillium in yacolt burn and hide and seek up in sandy. I haven't been to hood river yet.
You gotta go out to Post Canyon. It's so groovy.
My favorite trail near the Vancouver area is probably Sixth Sense, but it’s just been logged, so we’ll have to see if we can get it back in shape.
