The funniest thing to me is that I am Dutch and also did not understand what hymen was and still uncomfortably wanted to laugh at the joke, just like his Dutch audience.

Pretty funny skit but it's clear to any Dutch person that he doesn't know our culture at all. xD We are known for our directness which to some other cultures comes across as straight up rudeness. We don't like bullshit. You can make shit look like chocolate, but it will still smell like shit.

@@BanlieueBaby obviously you never have been in Holland. Im Dutch, i speak english perfectly, write it, and understand irish, english accents, australian, etc. I read Shakespeare, Lord Byron, Miltons Paradise lost, T.S. Elliot, and many more.
But lets assume i didnt... i still speak 4 other ones, and most europeans at least 2 or 3, like the Dutch.
So when you, yourself, can have a conversation in a foreign language, and master some others, your're allowed to school me...

Vlies doesn't mean meat. Which is vlees by the way. Vlies means something like "fleece" or a very thin layer over something like f.e. film that's spread over an item. Not sure if I explained correctly but it's definitifly not meat.
