Great build video! I absolutely LOVE my Melee, I was going to put SRAM RED on it, so HAPPY I got talked into the new Dura Ace groupset, the bike is so light and responsive.
thank you for sharing your build. I just got mine from being build by my local store. I went with the SRAM RED AXS and all ceramic speed pulleys, etc. The only difference is I went with 5.6 SES vs the 4.5 since it's very flat in florida. I'm still getting used to it though since my other bike is a Sworks Venge and like being very aero. I feel like this is more my endurance bike. maybe i'll try to slam the front all the way down and see if that helps
Great video. I plan on using it as a guide to build my Enve Fray. Just one observation. Unless I missed something, you didn't use the crown race on the steerer. Is it not necessary for this frame/fork combination? Thanks.

Thanks for the kind words. Yes the ENVE Melee has an integrated carbon bottom crown race so no need to add a metal part.
