- The ULTIMATE adventure stealth toyhauler van build that sleeps two AND a motorcycle WITHOUT unloading the bike! It's a work in progress, but this Ford Transit 250 Vanlife/motorcycle life toyhauler is ready for new adventures - where ever the road may lead!
In this video, I will give you a tour of my van build, as well as an overview of how I built it out to fit my objectives, and keep it as Modular/flexible as possible. I had NO EXPERIENCE in Van conversions, so if I can do it, so can you!

HAD A '12 DODGE HANDICAP VAN .. ROLL'D MINE RIGHT IN
This is my plan in 3yrs when I plan to retire. I want to get a 8.5'x21' enclosed utility trailer with rear ramp to convert it to a custom toy hauler. I want to tow it with my 2012 Yamaha Raider S across the US. I will ride my bike all day, come back to the camper, cook, eat, then enjoy some bourbon and a fire pit, then go inside and enjoy high speed internet with Star Link. And hopefully my friends will be able to relax sometimes on vacation as all my friends will still be working when I retire hopefully in 3yrs at 47yrs old after a 25yr career as a professional firefighter. Tiny house built on family land, no wife, no kids, no palimony, no alimony, no child support. When my dad was asked how he retired at 56yrs old he said "your bills make you work". So hopefully I can beat him to retirement by 9yrs.
Just stumbled on to your "ultimate adventure stealth van build" and all I can say is WOW! That is by far the absolute best van build ever! You are extremely talented and I love that van. Thank you so much! When hauling a motorcycle, it makes a lot more sense to have the bed upfront. Actually, even if I didn’t have a motorcycle, I would still put the bed upfront as it allows for easier access to everything from the back doors! 🙂

great cooking utensils
1) toaster/air fryer with rotisserie
you can basically use this as an oven, air fryer, and rotisserie and fits MUCH more than the "coffee pot" style air fryers
2) crock pot/slow cooker/pressure cooker
its great because you can set it and forget it on low while you ride your motorcycle all day
3) microwave
because its great for reheating some leftovers
4) portable pellet bbq pit, or if you have room a full sized pellet smoker
full with pellets, set on low and come back after a day of riding your motorcycle and enjoy

That would definitely bring the cooking to next level!

I will be turning a 8.5'x21' enclosed utility trailer into a toy hauler/RV to tow and bring my motorcycle to camp grounds and maybe overlanding so I love looking at builds for ideas. Thanks. Nailed it!!! I’ve been looking for idea for a van build to store my bike inside and have an easy access bed too. I’m talking bicycles so that gives a bit more room to play with and still take my road and mountain bike. Great explanation and overview. This is one of the best conversions I've seen. No... it IS the best. I have a little VW caddy Maxi which I've converted. No room for my motorbike sadly haha

This is the best van build I’ve seen to suites my needs. So happy I came across this.
I won’t be using for bikes but I will need to use for work, loading lots of things and some of them fairly large. So this is absolutely fantastic.

What a nice build. I've been taking my Honda Shadow inside my Promaster van for 3 years now. By the time I retire I hope to have the build as nice as what you have already done. My 10 foot ramp is wider and permanently hinged. I ride the Shadow in and then setup the bed over the motorcycle on a track system on the side walls. I got some great ideas on how to put in my kitchen area. Thanks for the content. I just found your site so I'll have to check out where you ride. Be safe!
Thank you! I looked at the pro master as well, the square box style definitely has its advantages over the transit. The fixed Motorcycle ramp would definitely make things a little easier, but there is only so much space so one has to sacrifice somewheres lol. I’m glad you enjoyed the videos, ride safe! 🙏🙂
@@pavechaser I updated my TH-cam. My Promaster is Patriot Blue and I have the Honda Shadow...thus Blue Shadow 923. 💙 The 10 foot ramp folds in half and creates a wall inside the back doors. The Gorilla lift cable allows me to put the ramp away with one hand. Ramp doubles as a deck when at a campsite. Thanks!.

Your van is fantastic! I built a similar layout in a 136 ProMaster = bed up front (mine was a 34" chair that unfolded into a bed). But, my van is no where near as professional looking or stylish as yours! 😍 And the 136 only had room for a Grom inside (LOL), but the intention was the same. Well done!

Thanks! I think the van is definitely the way to go for Moto hauling. I’d load the bike in first before building it out to get the measurements and go from there. It should fit - might be a bit tighter than the smaller bikes but should be doable! Good luck! 🙂

Dude I loved this, just about to get my A license and thinking about something like this. The only thing that I dont like is the bed setup, because I'd be too lazy to set it up every day and another thing, you probably don't need it, but I'd add a monitor in the workspace. Otherwise awesome thing.
Thanks! Truth be told, once I set up the bed, I usually don’t tear it down unless I absolutely have to. So I’m able to drive to different locations with the bike in the back of the van and not have to tear the bed down. I only take the bed down if I really need extra space for entertaining.
@@pavechaser that makes life a bit easier. I have watched a ton of videos about motorcycle campers and by far the best setup is yours, well thought out and actually doable because it's simple and purposeful. Been thinking about how to improve the already existing setup ( that's my job, so sorry) and I realized you don't have a toilet and such and also was thinking about a 3d printed tub for a shower that is portable or a rotating base so that the bike can be rotated inside the van and you get more space which could give you the option to maybe have a drop down bed or something ( I know you mentioned you don't need it but still), dont know the dimensions but I do like to have stupid, overcomplicated ideas and then try to simplify them 😅. I showed your video to a few friends and they agreed that the setup is amazing. If you do make changes to the van it would be awesome to see an update video or something.
08 1100S Hyper, Triumph Tiger, KTM 640 Duke ll, KTM 450 SMR, VOR 450 SMRC. Sprinter 312D MotoCamper and Grip's van. Embarrassingly rudimentary by comparison, but it works just fine for camping. Permanent vanlife would see it improved, but for now...

Thanks! I haven’t built the toilet system for the van yet. Up until now I just use gas station restrooms. Most campsites have bathroom facilities as well. In the wild… Well, what happens in the wild stays in the wild.😝 (I am working on a few mod ideas and adding a toilet is one of them)
