Hey Trent, My father has lung cancer, and I don't know how to cope with it. Your videos give me a few minutes of escape to think about something else. Thank you so much for your amazing videos. Greetings from Germany.❤ Update 1:Thank you all for your support and nice words. ❤️Unfortunately, palliative care hast begun and I think the hardest part is likely still ahead of us. As i always watch your uploads, the last one kind of strikes me really hard. Please don't stop making this wonderful contents. Every horrific day at work is really stressful and your contents honestly for some unknown reason, helps me detox and relax. So sad to hear about your dad's passing. I wish I could properly put into words how much this video inspired me to create this life for myself. I've been in a very negative space lately, caught up in the rat race lifestyle, everyday feelings like I'm missing something or not living up to my potential, selling myself short on what life has to offer. This video seriously inspired me to change that. Thank you so much, Trent!
hey Trent I'm from the Philippines, 19 years old, Second year Electrical engineering. I'm at the point of my life where I feel pressured about my future, and there's too much negativity around me but I recently discovered your channel a few weeks ago and watching all your videos, your journey really help me calm myself and relax. I live in Anchorage, Alaska and it's a great city that connects to so many beautiful places in the north and south. Anchorage may not be big but it is the biggest city in Alaska with a ton of diversity. And you know the rule, when you have a lot of diversity, that means you have a lot of great food from different cultures! We also love our beer here so don't be afraid to try out a brewery or two.. or three.. or four LOL. Note that you're coming in June and July, so be ready for the sun to be out until 1am or even later as you travel more north to Talkeetna and Fairbanks, The Land of the Midnight Sun, passing through the Denali National Park. But be careful and bring a crap ton of bug spray because the mosquitos are called our state bird for a reason ( joking but not really haha). But as you travel south from Anchorage.. You're in for a breath taking scenery passing through the Turnagain Arm and honestly in my humble opinion... the most breath taking drive of a lifetime... You'll pass little spots like Beluga Point and Bird Point. Once you get to Girdwood.. About 45 miles south of Anchorage... you'll experience a unique vibe there. It atmosphere is great and also has a ski resort called Alyeska. After Girdwood, your next stop has to be Whittier... To get to Whitter, you have to purchase a toll ticket and it's roundtrip. That ticket allows a passage through Anton Anderson Memorial Tunnel, the longest highway tunnel in North America, of 2.5 miles. You'll will instantly have your breath taken away again haha. But I can type so much more but I'll end it there for now. If you want any more info around Anchorage or the area, I can provide a little bit of info from experience living here. Alaska has so much to offer because each area is different but unique and beautiful in its own way. The Alaskan Native cultures are amazing and the history is rich with so much tradition. Hey Trent, yes Canada is gorgeous. Just wait until you get to Alaska....if you're not already there. A few things: • Alaska is very expensive too. Everything has to be shipped up there. • Please be careful when cooking and having your door open. Bears can smell food miles away. • Have your bear spray at the ready. It would have cost $6000 to keep her in the hospital for 2 days. (Texas) I'm not posting this for sympathy, I'm just warning. 😭
"When I have a moment, I mean me.... personally... I don't like to have the distraction of the camera." No truer words could sum up that moment on your canoe. Live your life, Trent. Live it to the fullest you can and enjoy every moment.
oh, when I heard that I was wondering if the Pan-American Highway adventure would be next! Starting it in Alaska once he arrives. That would be so cool. I mean to watch him do it but also I would love to do that some day!
Trent wow I'm taking this Alaska trip with you. I'm 73 year's young an my dream has been to go where your going. Hello Trent and Millie. I cannot thank you enough for allowing me to tag along on your journeys. It’s been spectacular seeing all the wonderful places you’ve taken me to. I’m a 62 year old arm chair traveler. I’ve always wanted to travel but life and responsibilities came first. Mom of 3 beautiful daughters and Nana to my 4 amazing grandchildren, whom I get to see whenever I want keeps me lively. One hip replacement down and one to go, so actual traveling isn’t always possible. So instead I do online walking and biking tours during my physical therapy sessions and then I get to lounge in my recliner with a big mug of tea, my tablet and my latest crochet project while I travel in vans, skoolies, campers, all sorts of vehicles and get to see all the amazingly beautiful places that I’ve always wanted to see. I can’t believe that I get to see Alaska next! I hope you find some orcas while you’re there! Thank you for letting those of us who wish we could do these things for real accomplish our dreams by letting us live vicariously through you, Millie and many others who take us along on these wonderful adventures. May you have all the love, light and blessings your heart can hold. 💜
Out of all of the traveling blogs that I watch. You're the only one who's getting it right. You're following your soul purpose, not just blogging for views. And you are about to come into union soon. 🌻🙌
I'm usually a pretty silent viewer but my gosh I'm loving this lil series! I've never been more inspired by a person's outlook, attitude, and overall vibe:') You're truly living the life brother. As a transmasc person, you're absolutely my goals. If nothing else, simply for your unwavering optimism. You're sunshine embodied, my friend. I truly wish you the brightest of days, on this journey and the next! 🌿✨
I just wanted to say, I've been so grumpy, mad, irritated, frustrated and stressed these past days, maybe weeks right now even, and I didn't even realize how absolutely calmed I felt after watching your videos. Especially when I realize I've already been watching 3 videos and feeling absolutely calmed and comforted. It's so beautiful, and I'm grateful I'm able to feel settled down and being reminded not to rush things and to relax.❤
Thank you for your videos. During these times of war, I am unable to travel. There is so much negativity around, and I can hardly leave my home. But watching your videos and seeing your travels allows me to close my eyes and imagine that someday, I might be able to travel like that too.
Every Trent video never disappoints my eyes from his lifestyle, the views of every place he visits, every meal he cooks, even Millie always looks cute.. keep going bro Hope the best for you and Millie stay strong stay safe.
Thanks Trent, I am now trapped in a 9- 6 and it feels like I never will escape this life but your videos at least give me some relief and glimpse of what life could be .
I never understood other van lifer's obsession with the desert? To me there is NOTHING appealing about sand and rocks (two each their own) To me, THIS is paradise. Nature, wildlife and all the beautiful aspects in between. I am really enjoying this adventure you are on. Thank you - so much - for sharing it with us.
I think it's not just about the views in the deserts, but more the community. Idk about Trent, but a lot of other van lifer's like the desert because that's where (Most of the time) they all meet up. A bunch of caravans come through there, solo travelers wanting to meet other van lifer's, etc. There are also a lot of festivals and trade out that way. It's a good spot for people on the road to meet each other and trade things, talk about their experiences, and also make new friends that travel just like you do. I think it's mainly in the desert because not a lot of people go out there, so it gives the 'outcasts' and travelers a place to go. I love the northwest of the US and I love snow, mountains, pine forests, etc. and I'd love to live there. I also CAN'T STAND the heat. However, even I've got to admit that there is something special about the desert. Meeting up with fellow travelers while no one else Is around. It's the best vibes. 10/10
Vanlife in the desert is easy. Theres plenty of wide open places to park. Plus the tremendous amount of sunlight for solar. It just makes sense. I love the desert but not enough to live there thats for sure!
Your videos help me go thru a very difficult season in my life, sadly even tho i have the need and rush to be mobile im bound cause of my responsibilities, one thing i learn from you in every single video you make and i admire, is the ability to have quality time and balance with yourself, still working hard to achieve that.
Hey brother, just FYI, you’re in bear country, be careful cooking out there and having your dog off a leash. Suggest having bear spray attached to your hip whenever you walk outside, camp grounds that are abandoned usually means you shouldn’t be there as well. Trust me when I tell you a bear is not the worst thing that can kill you out in the Northern regions
Dude!!! I didn’t even realize you changed your TH-cam name. Can’t believe how much you’ve blown up in the last year. Thank you for documenting your adventure. You’re killing it man, I wish you the best.
I swear if any one suffers from an anxious mind and cannot switch off, watch Trent and Millie it’s like hitting the calm switch! Love these videos and the content. Trent, you come across as such a warm human being and it’s an absolute pleasure to watch the adventures of you and your sweet girl Millie 😊
I feel like I’m always saying the same thing for each video, but, I feel like I can’t say it enough; Trent, you’re an absolute inspiration, and seeing you travel and experience new things, brings me and so many others such joy. ❤️
When I was a kid 6 yrs old 1973 we had a cottage in Canada on Lake Nippissing and we would take our Ford LTD Woodgrain Station wagon to the garbage dumps and sit in the car at dusk and watch the bears come right up to our car!! My Dad would put fish heads on the hood of our car after fishingall day!! Muskie/pike/! It was so exciting!!! We went to Canada for vacation all of August every year since the 60s! What a absolutely Beautiful place Canada is!! North Bay Lake Nippissing Sandy bay cottages!!! Awesome childhood ❤️!!!Then we would Travel in our Motorhome Racing Bmx all over the Country all year long from 1978 to 2016!! My entire family raced Bmx all my kids sisters kids!! Sister won World Champion in Amsterdam!! I won #1 in USA!! Great times!!! Grew up in Michigan!.God bless Trent Stay Safe ❤
@FloatingThroughTheRealm I was an Actor for 20yrs in Michigan. I played a Detroit Cop in Eminems music video and was a LAPD COP in The Island movie for Michael Bay/ Spielberg with Scarlett Johansson and Ewen McGregor. We shot that in Detroit too! Google Frank Balazs The Island..God bless Frank
Yes rent, gas and food are killing Canadians’ budgets right now - but it is wonderful to see where I grew up on summer vacations through a tourist’s eyes. We really are blessed with unbelievable beauty in the Canadian Rockies
@@blackcherry6877 oh US is nothing like Canada. That free health care they like to throw around gets them back in other ways. You best believe. 8 pucks a gallon is just one of many.
As a trucker who generally has to drive right on by these locations whilst simultaneously living the nomad life, I appreciate living vicariously through your travels.
Im currently on the road right now too. I just drove 783 miles from southern Oregon to west Montana last week, first time I've traveled too. But I've been homeless homeless before growing up so I know what I'm doing as some grown up 22 year old. I love Montana personally. Gas is an entire dollar cheaper here. Oil changes are 25$ for me. I needed one after that. My car is manual, burned it all on the way here. Edit Omg this is the first Walmart I've seen with guns in it lmao
One of my favorite things after a long day working on the railroad is tuck into bed and watch Trent’s adventures! Of course once my oldest hears Trent’s commentary he comes running in and snuggles up and watches it too usually he falls asleep from the chill vibes and I’ll have to carry him back to his room and hit the hay myself . The joys of toddler boy dad life. If he ever says he wants to watch camping videos he almost always means he wants to watch one of Trent’s ! 😁 This new adventure is awesome and you can tell it suits you brother sending you prayers good chill vibes well wishes we love tagging along with you and Millie cheers ! 😁
Your videos are so awesome! Love that you are driving to Alaska. Please be careful out in the woods. Bears will charge you before you know what happened. Bear spray on your person at all times. A bear will put his head down so aim the spray at the ground and when a bear puts their head down, the spray will go into their nose, and hopefully run away. Millie barking would maybe be enough, but take no chances. Drive safely!
Hey Trent, I'm actually on my own journey as well ,day 3 from south texas, in Colorado via million dollar highway. Your right about ups and downs had a few downs but recovered quickly once I left high elevation. I'm trying to let my heart show me the way. The original plan was Alaska. But dealing with migraines. Taking it one day at a time. Your videos are an inspiration to me and make me want to stay the course. I will continue to watch them , maybe continue north will see. Safe travels.
"the wind was blowing and it was just serenading me to sleep"❤&Millie at 28:23 this is why i watch this channel along with your gypsy traveling free soul💜
The view at 18:06 is so incredibly breathtaking, it's unreal. What a sight to see!! I would never want to leave!! Thank you for your adventures you share with us!!
What more is there to say, the first two episodes of this particular series are legendary. Everything comes together in the superb montages you make of each and every video you share with us. The stunning nature, the background music, the atmosphere, you & Millie, your lifestyle and vibes. I am so looking forward to all coming episodes. Just amazing Trent! 💚
I don't know why but I always deeply connect with evergreen environments. I love beaches and palm trees and tall oaks and maples but once I am in an area that is mostly evergreen and rocky terrain like you see way up north it has such a soothing feel for some reason.
Thank you for being you. And letting the world into your life at this intimate level. You’re such a gentle soul. I wish you the best and am happy you’re enjoying Canada.
Absolutely such a huuuge fan of you and your sweet baby Millie any man who treats animals with such kindness is a true winner in my book. You keep such a beautiful clean home and the fact you’re a total computer gamer and nerd like me omg. You truly are living your best life and it’s beautiful to watch. Thank you for sharing your journey with us
Dude, the Lake, the Mountains, just blown away, Legitimately. 🤯❤💖🔥🔥🔥 literally like an entirely different world, travelling to Alaska. I would NEVER get tired looking at those mountains. Most of my life is flat land.
I really appreciate your creativity with your camera work. The narrative of your life is there for us to see. These are amazing stories with the coziest vibes. Thank you, Trent and Millie.
I've watched all your videos. My son, who is anlittle younger than you, knows the games you play and he keeps saying, I want to hug that dog!!! Millie is a lucky dog to be able to live the adventures with you. She is beautiful and looks so dang happy! Safe travels T & M!!
I absolutely love Trent’s journey. It feels like me actually going through the journey with Trent. I can feel the peace and coziness. Man, It is incredibly amazing.
I am brand new to watching your channel and I appreciate the no drama involved, nothing but positive vibes and great adventure punctuated with gorgeous views. (Also know that commenting helps the algorithm). Thank you for what you do and share with us. ❤
Just yourself and your best friend. Nothing like it. I might be getting back surgery soon. Once I'm healed enough I think imma get me a truck tent and just go
Haha as a Canadian I can confirm - it ain't cheap. (It's wild because where I lived growing up it was a HUGE deal when gas prices went over $1 - gas stations had to get new signs with an added digit - and now as of the last few years we hover around $2.) Loving seeing you make your way through the country.
I've probably watched thousands of van life, travel, nomad, off grid, ect videos ocer the years and not one of those videos ever made me want to vist Canada more than this one! That water...the views just 🤌🤌
We live only 90 minutes from Banff and two hours from Emerald Lake, in Calgary, Alberta. We're so lucky and it's lovely to see it's beauty through other people's experiences.
Hello Trent. Speaking from exoerience, the splendor of the mountains and wilderness from Alberta to Alaska just gets better as you travel North. I live in Yukon now but lived in Alberta for 25 years and explored the same areas you showed in your videos. In a couple of weeks, I will be heading to Big Alaska for my second trip. One recommendation is to drive the Denali Highway off the Richardson Highway. You will not be disappointed. Peace
Love your van life travel videos. It touches my heart all the time with the beautiful scenery that synch with the background music/songs. It just takes my emotions on a roller coaster ride. Thanks Trent for the experience and hugs and kisses to millie. ❤
My first time on your channel and writing in comments . Watching your video felt like a hug from a brother - peaceful and safe . Mahalo May God bless and protect you and your precious pup on your journey .
I am born and raised in Alberta. I truly hope that each and every day you spend in Alberta and B.C. on your (dare I say) pilgrimage be happy and full of wonder!
I absolutly love your videos. They bring such a calmness to my soul. I love how positiv you or even when stuff doesnt go your way. You literally appreciate everything you have. I love how you treat millie. I am a proffesional soccer player in Sweden and i love you videos, waiting on part 4!! ❤️❤️❤️

What do you mean by other? Trent just said the desert was his favorite until this.
I think it’s nights out in the desert that are pretty unique. The sky is super clean and clear.

Another video that I will watch million times, because of how cozy it is, especially at the end
I live in South Korea and it’s currently 3am… never clicked on a video so fast before

Thanks for letting me vicariously live the life through your videos. The amazing vibes they give me are a highlight of my evenings. 😊
I lived in Alaska for four years. I wish I had driven to Alaska just to experience the amazing sites through Canada. So beautiful!
I had a dog like yours she had passed many years ago I like watching your videos because it reminds me of when me and her were together
Millie is just the sweetest cutest dog.
Love watching this man and his love for his dog on their travels ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
That Emerald Lake is so cool and so beautiful! Breathtaking!!! 😮❤🏔️
I feel like I’m always saying the same thing for each video, but, I feel like I can’t say it enough; Trent, you’re an absolute inspiration, and seeing you travel and experience new things, brings me and so many others such joy.

Every time I watch your videos I am finding peace and beauty .. but some are pure spectacle.. Thank you!
Yes rent, gas and food are killing Canadians’ budgets right now - but it is wonderful to see where I grew up on summer vacations through a tourist’s eyes. We really are blessed with unbelievable beauty in the Canadian Rockies
Same for Americans
Yes, it is beautiful
Edit
Omg this is the first Walmart I've seen with guns in it lmao
I've never seen one without guns? Guess that's just how the SE works.

The Farley title sent me, yesss, so ofc stayed for the adventures of Trent and Millie and the incredible scenery!
This new adventure is awesome and you can tell it suits you brother sending you prayers good chill vibes well wishes we love tagging along with you and Millie cheers !
I love this series
Bro's out here living the literal DREAM. Awesome video man. Don't know if it was meant to be inspirational but it was for me!

i can't stop watching your videos man. i just came across your channel yesterday and already binged watch at least 10 of your videos. amazing work.
Oh hey, updated channel name!
Whenever i watch your vlogs Trent ..it feels like im travelling with you...feels peace
Woah, I miss the TTTHEFINEPRINTTT😭 When did it become Trent The Traveler?
Its just a name, bro. Plus its easier for people to search him on social media. He's still the same person and does the same type of content.🤨
But the new name is indeed easier to read and remember.
@@decepticonmarkI know. It's just I've been used to his previous name. Nevertheless, he is still the awesome guy we know.
Trent, you are my favorite TH-camr. You are so authentic and such a kind person. And Millie is adorable!
Wow it's sure stunning in Canada! This video, so much beauty, gorgeous blue water, just made me tear up. I can hardly wait to see your next campsite!
Yes a new update! I just love your personality and your passion to enjoy life Trent. Please never stop posting your adventures travels!

Yes, that is the most beautiful camp spot. I just love the relationship between you and Millie.
Just yourself and your best friend. Nothing like it. I might be getting back surgery soon. Once I'm healed enough I think imma get me a truck tent and just go
Love your content and appreciate joining your adventures. I also appreciate your orderliness and jest for life and care for Millie.
12:53 your gratitude is so beautiful 🙏❤️ Wishing you peace on your journey.
You and Millie brings me peace brother. I’m going through another crazy chaotic chapter. Thank you so much.
These videos are pure therapy! I have tears in my eyes watching them..
Thank you, Trent!
Peace
Hello! We are from Brazil here and this video came at the right time! I loved it in every way!
Love your van life travel videos. It touches my heart all the time with the beautiful scenery that synch with the background music/songs. It just takes my emotions on a roller coaster ride. Thanks Trent for the experience and hugs and kisses to millie. ❤
