That judge had a share in that...so cruel for people who we trust to deliver justice ⚖️, but they connive with murderers...What a shame to this country

It is a shame that such a person still sits on the bench.I sincerely hope that this is brought up if she's ever vetted. She clearly closed her eyes to the fact that they had the vehicle in which blood of the victims was found. They even lied about the blood. They failed to explain how it got there even after it was proven to be the victims' blood.Anyway, the fact that you aired this, people the two interact with or come across will view them not as innocent but for who they are...that in itself is a step to justice for the two.

This case needs an appeal coz seriously this judge was paid!!!!!! But how much can someone’s life cost????? I didn’t know them but my heart is bleeding with pain and anger, but the best thing about life is, even that judge, we will one day die, we will all die, the floor we are stepping on today will be our roof someday. MAY THEIR SOULS REST IN INTERNAL PEACE.

Suddenly Everyone of you here is a Legal Expert!! Nkt!!
I believe Justice was indeed served in this matter.
Shame on you all castigating the poor judge without appreciating why she came to her finding!!
The Judge agreed it was suspicious that the two brothers killed the couple!!
BUT the law requires Proof Beyond Reasonable Doubt!!
We cannot have people sent to jail on mere suspicion so as to please the general public!!
If anyone is to blame here it is not the Judge but the Police!!
    1. No one can place the accused at the scene of the crime. The last time anyone saw one of the brothers with the victims was two days before they were killed. Anyone in their right mind cannot expect it to be concluded that if you are seen with a person and two days later they are found dead then you must have killed them!! The police were merely suspicious.
    2. The forensic guy admitted in Court that he could NOT conclusively say the blood on the clothes was human blood let alone the blood of the victims!! Again, the evidence presented to court was mere suspicion that it was the victim's blood!!
    3. The only witness who could link the brothers with the car refused to give evidence and went into hiding before he could be cross-examined!! Again, another suspicion!!
Let us not assume that justice is only served when people are sent to prison.
Justice means sending them to prison in the right manner as well!!
In this country where the police are quick to arrest anyone, it will be a sad day when we allow accused persons to be imprisoned unless there is presented indisputable evidence!!
The day you are wrongly arrested and charged before a court of law is the day you will appreciate a judge such as in this case who is not quick to imprison people based on shoddy investigations!!
Let us hold our police to the highest standard!!
If they are to charge someone, let them do so when and only when they have tangible conclusive evidence to prove their case beyond reasonable doubt!!
    Kudos to the Lady Justice!!
