Your weekly crime series casefiles is back and it is all about land matters. Moses Ole Mpoe was the face of a community’s agitation for land rights in 2010 .....he was gunned down by unknown assailants. The prosecution maintains it was one of his employer’s who arranged for his killing. However, Eddah Wanjiru the widow of former powerful Cabinet Minister Mbiyu Koinange and her co accused insist ole mpoe was killed by state operatives who wanted to buy her land and sell it for a song.
