Homemade Devil with Lotus Potatoes is a delicious vegetarian recipe. This homemade lotus root is one of my favorite curries to take with the devil and the rice is vegetarian nutritious and has a great amount of dietary fiber. So this curry is very tasty.

500g lotus root
2tsp crushed red chili
1/2 tsp turmeric
salt to taste
1tbsp cornflour
1tbsp water
1tsp curry powder
10g garlic
2tbsp soya sauce
5g ginger
50g capsicum
100g onions
curry leaves
3tbsp cooking oil
150g tomato
1tsp red chili powder
