Since finding my Ukrainian friend in Edinburgh, I was able to tell her that in the centre of the city is a large bronze plaque to Saint Wolodymyr the Great ruler of Ukraine. 1000 years of Christianity in Ukraine. 988. 1988. And I was able to her that Ukrainians in Edinburgh never gave up. Even though at that time, things looked pretty hopeless. I’ll pray for you and your family after all Ukraine.

We never go to a bombshelter. I think it’s even more stressful for kids to spend every night with hundreds of scared people in the metro. We will go mad. I prefer to think God will protect us. Maybe it’s irresponsible but it’s our choice.

Why is it if my friends post videos of masked conscription officers entering gyms taking people is punishable by jail time or conscription? Love the Ukrainian people, but that’s not democracy, elections are a democratic right, even in times of war, but even that has been canceled
. And yes I know Russia has brutal laws and I condemn their actions against your people it’s unacceptable, war is always unacceptable. But you should not lie about your governments authoritarian nature, It’s a connected world, information is impossible to stop, and everyone knows TH-cam is not a reliable source for information on these things.

Brigitte L Jones. Lucky you Vita. I am drooling at the big white radishes, plus your cucumbers are very good, and even other vegetables look lovely. Like my Latvian father's past home grown ones. Our supermarkets have tasteless anemic produce.You can't imagine how one can really miss proper vegetables once they can't be bought and if you are hopeless in growing them yourself (every vegetable I tried has failed).
My cucumbers seedlings also said “goodbye” 🙈 After Richie got to the balcony where I kept them.

I never knew about Ukraine before this invasion. It was the last place on earth, that I could have shown any concern about, but because of the conflict, I now know and love Ukraine. And your videos are made because you are trying to survive in this nightmare and because of your documentary, I now know about you specifically and care specifically about your life and terrible situation.
You still have an interesting life and a cute dog. You should buy extra food and household supplies when you can afford it, because lots of economies are struggling to not go into a depression. Hopefully, your home defenders are also prepping for the possibility of loss of support.
