Thanks so much! Your video was so helpful. Happy stitching!
Thank you
Thanks!
Just sewed on my first---thanks!
Thank you for this tutorial!!!
I think you were reading my mind!! I was working on Strutting Tom during my lunch break and started reading the finishing instructions and realized I didn’t know how to do the chenille trim. Knew you did the pom pom tutorial so I was going to search and then BAM, I got a notification you uploaded just what I needed!! In short, lol thank you!
One more thing....could you do a little tutorial on how you actually construct your pillows? And how you close up the back with those cute little patches? If you don’t mind, that is! Thanks, friend! 😊
Absolutely! I've been wanting to do that for a while! xo
lindystitches 👍
Thank you! I've been afraid to buy chenille trim because I didn't know how to attach it! I'm off to do some shopping!
Thank you Lindy, I’m sewing on my chenille right now and I can’t thank you enough!!!! 💚
You're welcome Tina!!
Thank you for sharing this helps me out. Have a great evening and stay safe.😊💖
Thank you! The only chenille trim I have done was on my smalls exchange for Stitch Con last year. Not knowing how to do it, I actually sewed it on at Stitch Con so I could get some help if I needed it. Your video validates that I did it right, so now I’m more confident to try it again!
Good timing I have chenille and a stitched pillow just sitting their waiting for me to finish. Thank you and the background music makes me happy.
Very cute!! 💗 Thank you....love your comments..."Getting personal..." 😁😆😉 You always make me giggle! 😊
Thanks Cindy! xo
Thanks Stephanie! I’m finishing a couple of pillows tomorrow! Gee...we got to see your knees. Take care, Sally in Northern California 😁😷
This so incredibly helpful I can't even tell you. THANK YOU!
Loved this tutorial. Now I can try some chenille trim!
OMG you are the best!!!! Nice have another great tutorial. Than you so much. Be safe and have a great week or two....

Perfection! Thanks so much.
Great tutorial! Thank you
Awesome and a beautiful finish❤️
Thank you so much! This I think I can do!
Thanks for sharing your knowledge
Great tutorial! Thank you! I sent you a picture of something I recently finished. I love the softness of chenille on little pillows!❤️
Thank you for sharing this tutorial; it was great! Happy stitching; love the new design.
Thank you Pam!
Thanks for the tutorial. I was wondering how to put the chenille trim on. Can you do a tutorial on how the ribbon was sewn on the posy pincushion? Thanks for your great videos.
Hi, Stephanie! Thank you so much for this! Are your stitches about 1/4 inch apart, or more like 1/2 inch apart? I really appreciate the little trick of loosening your stitch as you go to adjust the way the chenille lies. The ending bow is a nice touch! Thank you for sharing your expertise with us 🥰🧵 Have a wonderful weekend!
Meline
1/2 inch is good!
Interesting, thank you for the tutorial! Do you think embroidery floss would be okay to use instead of thread?
Yes that would probably work fine, but might create more drag as you use it.
Well, that doesn't look so terrifying to me. Thanks Stephanie!
Thanks for these wonderful tutorials. Do you have to start and end with a bow, or what else can you do?
No you don't have to do a bow. Just overlap the ends a little bit and wrap a few times, pulling tightly so you can't tell it's a double layer.
Have you ever tried just running a bead of glue along the seam and gluing it? Man, I tried taking the poms off of the braid like you did in your other video and they came apart. Must be a different brand from the one you used.. Thanks for the video.
Yes not all brands can be removed from the tape. I only use Lady Dot Creates.
@@lindystitches Good to know. Thanks.
Why does everyone feel they have to have background music? Makes it hard to listen to what you are saying.everybody does it so it's not just you.
