I just love that you support the Make A Wish Foundation. I have so many things to choose from! Halloween? Autumn? I think I will pick something with acorns on it. For stitch-tober, I think I'll be doing the Witch aDoorables, and finishing any Let's Go Ride a Bike patterns that I need to get done and I'll be doing the Witch Up on a Pedestal...all by Stitching with the Housewives. And maybe this cute pillow in today's tutorial!!
It is an adorable little pillow, so perfect for the fall. I always iron the quarter inch fold even before I sew the front & back together so once it’s time to close the opening, I don’t need to fight with it
I will be stitching the witch as soon as I can get the supplies!!! The intricate detail of the skirt was what caught my eyes! Thank you for all the tutorials I have learned so much!!

For Stitch-tober I am planning on stitching the Drawn Thread Tricky Witch and Spiders ‘n Bones, Primrose Cottage Halloween Letters and maybe the Quilted Witch.
That was so fun. My 11 year old sewer watched with me, and so of course she pulled out a cross stitch to finish so she could make a pillow. I plan to stitch November Weigh In and September and October Stackables during Stitch-Tober. I hope to get to the November Wreath Swap too. Have fun on your trip! ❤

I'm stitching the Stitch Quarterly in Stitch-tober. Once that's finished I'll pick up the next Christmas sign from Shannon Christine's club to make sure I stay on track to finish that one before Christmas. And if I finish that early, I'll pick up the extremely large (24 pages) Peaceful Waterfall by Mystic Stitch. I'm over halfway and it's a full image of Tahquamenon Falls in Michigan. I'm loving the look of that one and enjoying the years long project (which surprised me).
I’ll be stitching the Sept and Nov stitch for Home is where the Wreath is. I’m really behind but this will almost catch me up. Thank you for the tutorial. I love the info for glue to add the trim to the seam. I’ve never known what to use.

Thank you for this tutorial! I have always wanted to make little pillows for dough bowl or what have you! This fall fox pattern is too cute! I hope to try it someday! I plan on buying and doing the Quilted Stitch Stitchober stitch along! I also love the Don't Quit your Daydream and would love to stitch two of them, one for each of my daughter, so I will be purchasing that soon as well. Currently, and through Stitchober, I am and will be working on Autumn Sampler a kit by Kooler Designs and a small Dimensions kit, Grandkids Always Welcome! Along with the I am working on a baby name and date sampler. My DIL found a dog and goose picture she loves. I put it in a program and made a cross stitch pattern out of it. I have to admit it is a challenge. It has 25 colors (changing constantly).

I haven't started my haunted halloween cross stitch yet, so that will be my "Stitchtober" project. One of the first patterns I purchased when I got back into cross stitch was your Hey Pumpkin pattern. I have yet to make it and that would be a nice fall option to work on, so I'll have to kit that one up too. Have you ever tried the method of sewing two pieces together for the back, leaving the center open? This way all four sides are sewn and you whip stitch the back closed. It makes for a much cleaner and more evenly finished product.

I always just whip stitch my chenille trim to the pillow rather than glue. The stitching doesn't show and if you like, a soft brush can be run over the trim lightly to cover any thread from the whip stitch. No need to worry about bleeding from the glue.

Another great video. If you need to remove the marks of frixion pen and can't use an iron, you can use the heat from you hair dryer.
