A rare find. This video introduces the new electronic ticketing system for Transperth buses back in early 1993. The new system replaced the old manual dial type ticket machines. The introduction of this system also introduced the Multirider magnetic tickets. A very interesting look back. Featuring Mercedes 0305 buses and some very tacky early 90's fasion!
Of course the system represented in this video was replaced in the mid 2000's by the Smartrider ticketing system.

James Paradiso it was either a 10 or 40 trip ticket. Each trip allowed 2hrs of transfer time to other services before it used another trip.
