the wind down reminder at nights really streamlined my night/sleep routine. As someone who would gets night time anxiety, is a night owl and was trying to correct my tendency to oversleep as a heavy sleeper having set times to go to bed and wake up is really helpful
This was lovely and insightful ! Im a mama bear, so I had to watch it in increments as my little people always need tending to. The "cleaning your room so you can wake up in a better place" truly helped with my 4am wake up for gym time. There was so much about this I appreciated and found helpful. Seeing you put yourself out there and use your voice to share and positively impact the world is soooo inspiration. Thank you for sharing !! (:
coming back after the caffeine one cuz once I swear I was having a psychotic break! I was PMSing and had had a very large cup of coffee with nothing else....geez when I learnt about cycle syncing it made senses. i've since dialled back my caffeine intake and only have the same about every day (1 1/2 tsps only). only the nightitme clean up has saved my mental health for years. no matter how tired i am or how late it is, i am tidying up, clearing counter tops, putting away clutter... I swear I sleep better
I watched the whole thing. great video! It's always astounding learning how different groups of people have ways of navigating life with different methods of data interpretations. I think I'll watch in the future without commenting anymore, but I hope you have the best of the best! I'll watch silently in the future. thank you.
Thanks for the tips, Les! I appreciate you taking the time to share those tips. I definitely will be practicing directing my focus and the lighting/ambiance tips.
These were really good… as a person with a kid this same method of recipes works very good when you only have to worry about getting your kid the stuff they like… I switch it up weekly but for that week I know what I’m eating for breakfast. And I hired a cook for weekly meal prep it’s not as expensive as it sounds compared to what you might spend for groceries anyway
Tea tree oil is antibacterial and anti-fungal so that may be a better option for hair. Household cleaning products can be harsh especially if getting close to the scalp, natural hair and skin.
One thing about the salt lamps If you have pets More specifically cats, make sure the salt lamp is somewhere where they cant get to it. Some cats/ pets will lick the lamp and get too much salt. Not super common but does happen.
Great tips except the Clorox spray. We should not be spraying the ends of braids with toxins to keep them clean or preserve a style. This can definitely cause illness as I’m sure those chemicals are hormone disruptors . Instead of using Clorox , try tying the hair up when out in public ( subways, planes). The tower 28 may work and is safer for the body as well. Or don’t keep them in as long. Health is wealth ! 🥰
I loved these tips except for the Clorox one. That’s a product to try to avoid even cleaning the home with let alone that close to our bodies. Maybe dry shampoo or tea tree oil could be healthier alternatives for anyone reading this. Other than that, I love the simplicity of the grocery planning ideas you shared and the 321 method! Taking my walk of the day right now!
Hey Balanced Black Girl, really nice video ! I was wondering if I could help you with Best Quality Editing in your videos better than your Editor with good pricing and also make a highly engaging Thumbnail which will help your videos to reach to a wider audience ? Pls let me know what do you think ?
I'm loving these solo pod episodes this summer!
Great video! In our home, my kids know we don't use overhead lights in the evening. Dim lamps only. Love the salt lamp idea in the bathroom!

I like that Clorox tip! I’m so meticulous like that as well.
@@DeeDivine8 yes! A little of the mist on the ends of the braids 👌🏾

I spray it on the ends/bottom length of the braids only, but folks can use whatever suits them best!
I barely have any cramps. No caffeine alcohol and processed foods 3 days before period and first 3 days.
Thanks for sharing these tips. I have always loved to read. Would you share a few of the more entertaining books that you have read?

Thank you for this. I have 2 cats and they’re too nosey so I’m going to try and find an alternative❤
I went to a fair the other day, saw the salt lamp, got it because you mentioned it in one of your videos ❤❤❤

I use 70% alcohol and am mindful to put my braids up when leaning on things
