That affirmation: "I'm choosing not to buy that today. I’ll be able to buy that in the future” is so good. Noted!

“It starts with our desires. We actually are given desires so that we’re forced to say ‘Yes’ to creative ideas and say ’Yes’ to doing good work in the world… they’re connected.” SO GOOD!

This ep is definitely one of my favs! Absolutely loved Rachel’s insights and her story. Countless gems of wisdom in this episode. But one part definitely stood out to me:
I was getting emotional listening to 22:43-30:16 because to my core, I want to use my creativity and my talents to serve my hometown, make a change where I’m from, Dominican Republic, to women, and underrepresented communities. And listening to what Rachel did in Puerto Rico was exactly what I needed to hear. Thank you for sharing, and reminding us women that we have the power to make waves of positive change. 🤎

Thank you so much for sharing. That was one of my favorite parts -- to have such a big impact on a community for generations to come is incredible. Rooting for you!

Love this episode. I feel like I have so much more to offer. 4 degrees later, I'm ready to stop putting myself on the backburner. We're done having kids and I feel like it is time to act. I have a good job, but I want to be my own boss.
