The video is a tour of the automotive assembly plant known as GAC Toyota.
GAC TOYOTA is an automobile manufacturing company headquartered in Guangzhou, Southern China and a joint-venture founded by GAC Group and Toyota Motor Company, on 1 September 2004, that’s 19 years ago, the company would be turning 20 years old on 1 September this year -2024, so on 1 sept, lets go celebrate the company’s 20th birthday anniversary, thereby Guangzhou. GAC is short for Guangzhou Automobile Group Co Ltd.
The center of the company is located in Pearl River Delta in Guangzhou’s Nansha district and covers an area of 1.87 million squares meters with a construction area of 400 000 square meters and initial production capacity of 200 000 per year.
Arriving at the premises of GAC Toyota, I’ve had this amazing feeling looking at the beautiful greenery scene as we drove through to get to the car factory where automobiles are being manufactured.
As I entered the car factory, I got captivated seeing all what was happening there. The official who ushered us into the building told us that taking of pictures was not allowed - like at all, how I wish I would take magnificent content for you guys.
Every engineer in the room was busy with their specific functions in the car assembly line, really busy, each putting their hearts to work. I felt some bubbles in my belly because looking at the workers really doing this amazing thing thrilled me. I couldn’t hold my tears because the feeling was deep. Guys I don’t know if you understand what am trying to say here....Chinese people work so hard and seeing them putting car parts together and performing hundreds of cars at once was something beyond imagination.
Mhhh I have never seen something like this before. There are different layers/assembly line built into the air before reaching the actual ceiling and each layer has its own sets of cars and manufacturing plant workers attaching parts to the cars and performing their specific roles and unique tasks to the cars.
GAC Toyota manufactures Toyota's model platform and intends to become a Toyota global model factory with the world's most advanced production equipment and processes. Its production models include Camry, Highlander, C-HR, Levin and more. It has an annual production capacity of plus 600,000 units. The number of employees is approximately 5600.
The company produces and sells vehicles under its own branding, such as Trumpchi, Aion, Hycan, GAC Toyota, GAC Honda, GAC Mitsubishi, GAC Toyota Camry, GAC Toyota CH-R, GAC Toyota Levin, GAC Toyota frontlander, GAC Toyota highlander, GAC Toyota Sienna and many more. It also produces electric vehicles under some of the brandings that i just listed, including dedicated EV brands such as Aion and Hycan. It also produces buses under the GAC Bus brand.

"CHINA'S GREEN DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY":
I do not want to leave you without talking about China’s green development. If you have observed properly in all of the videos I took in China’s different cities and provinces the sceneries are very green and stunning flowers are found everywhere (in entire China). Guangzhou is even greener.
The Toyota Company itself has green gardens and beautiful flowers. These are all coming from the country’s green development strategy. China’s green development follows the laws of nature to promote harmonious coexistence between humanity and nature. The concept of “harmony between humanity and nature” is a distinct characteristic of Chinese civilization. To vigorously promote the building of a socialist eco-civilization, China has established a fundamental national policy of conserving resources and protecting the environment, and a national strategy of sustainable development. The country believes that the society will prosper when the environment improves and lose vigour as the environment degrades. Therefore, the greenery is maintained in all corners of the country.
