- My twin sister Sydney and I have competed against each other our entire lives. After her career as a college track athlete she gave competing in CrossFit a try this year and qualified for Semifinals! Follow us through a training day.
OMG I love this clip. I have two daughters who are long-time athletes and a couple years apart (now in the mid 20's) and they are best friends. I'm a huge Brooke Wells fan and now have another wonderful person and athlete to cheer for. I actually got a little choked up watching this one....man, I'm becoming a softy! Go Wells Sistas. Thanks for this.
learning the ability to ask your siblings for help is an underrated skill. took me closer to 2 decades to learn that language.

God is good there are two of them....double the pleasure.
As much as I love Brooke Wells is as much as I hate Cross fit (the sport). F1 has been running the same tracks for decades, the shape of the rink does not change randomly in hockey, basketball is not played on an undulating floor, and in darts, we don't spin around 3 times before we throw to make it more challenging.
