Matt Damon: "That sounds great, but it has to be a nonviolent graphic adventure point-and-click game like Myst." Developer: "Umm . . ."
You mean, the movies where he rarely kills anyone? I'm sure that would be the perfect property to turn into a game where you gun down cops by the busload.
I had this game as a kid... In fact, I still have it. I can practically see it right now, but until this very moment, I had no idea that the main character was supposed to be Jason Bourne.
I also didn't get past the train because the "boss" was way to difficult for my younger self, and I gave up after a couple of hours of getting my ass beat.
It's always interesting how all the games from that era look and feel the same now. I guess 15 years from now on, we'll be watching videos "of course, it was 2020 game - all the basic open world, crafting, collecting and hiding in bushes" just about every single game we have now.
I remember playing this game as maybe a 14 or 15 year old, I really liked it at the time, I’m sure if I went and played it today it would feel like it’s aged really badly but for the time it was pretty cool. Of all those type of short spy games I would have to say bloodstone was one of the best, it was great having Daniel Craig in a bond story that wasn’t related to any of the movies. The 007 Goldeneye remake on the wii was actually a really good game, it has great set pieces, fun shooting, great stealth and a really cool alternate sort of story to the movie. If there is anyone that never got around to that game I would definitely recommend it.
Seeing how the game came out 6 years later, the cutscenes are probably leftovers from an older build, maybe designed with 6th generation in mind. This movie game is pretty good. Definitely has a lot of production value and is a fun time.
More games need interactable environments for combat... but with more depth. Sleeping Dogs and Uncharted 3 are still one of the best examples on how to do it.
Totally forgot about about this game! remember playing this when it came out and actually thinking it wasn't too bad. not very memorable though because this is the first I have seen of it in years lol maybe ill go back to this 1 day myself

After watching a few vids on your channel I had to know if you knew about this game as well! Not disappointed :D
I wanted to get this constantly but never could. Don't ask me why but i did
Also you should check out Wanted: Weapons Of Fate
I had this game as a kid... In fact, I still have it. I can practically see it right now, but until this very moment, I had no idea that the main character was supposed to be Jason Bourne.
I also didn't get past the train because the "boss" was way to difficult for my younger self, and I gave up after a couple of hours of getting my ass beat.
I REALLY like the ammo count animations for the different weapons.
The hand to hand was on fucking point! Beating someone to a pulp with a book felt great 👍🏼
It's always interesting how all the games from that era look and feel the same now.
Omg this channel...it got all the weird games I used to play on it
That little ammo indicator showing your gun is pretty neat.
I'll always remember this game as the game that gave us the 30 second lets play that featured the phrase "Right in the squegillies!"
I'm calling it, we will probably see that spongebob movie game down the line in the future from minimme
Anyway thank you for another quality upload!
Totally forgot about about this game! remember playing this when it came out and actually thinking it wasn't too bad. not very memorable though because this is the first I have seen of it in years lol maybe ill go back to this 1 day myself
Lol i still have my 360 copy somewhere. Love that game, pretty underated
The Homefront comparison really got me. I got that game for 2 euro and fucking loved blasting through it
I remember the Wanted game on 360 being surprisingly fun for a movie tie-in, should check it out!
