I have owned a 2014 SHO since 2017. It's paid off of course and I have considered building up 600hp'ish for fun... it was my wife's daily, now she's in a new SUV. I have browsed your videos for last hour or so and honestly from doing research overall, it doesn't seem worth it. I think to make sense of it all and being 2nd owner and having semi attachment to car it's hauled my kids for nearly a decade faithfully/safely. I wish Ford had done more with the SHO it feels stagnant from birth until discontinue! 9 years of same car every year, no shelby/SVT package of any sort. I would have loved to ask Ford would you ever consider nearly 10 years of same model mustang and not changing 1 single feature other than the rims. The S550 went on for 8 years but it had engine and transmission redesign, it received a California Special, Bullitt, Mach 1, GT350, GT500 packages along the way!!! Picture of we had received a SHO Shelby with SHO/Shelby rebadging that SHO badge with a snake tail at end in form of a O, redesigned transmission that supporting up to 750HP/750TQ, 565HP/565TQ from Ford. I will forever feel like Ford majorly dropped ball with 10-19 SHO and I don't expect to ever see another launch in my life time.
you gotta do the coyote swap with a whipple supercharger... No one has done it for this car, If i win the loterry I will be the first. stupid considering in transverse but someone need to finally do it lol
Haha a guy made a short here in TH-cam imposing the sound of a Mustang over a Taurus SHO on a track sounded amazing so I called my build guys and they have never tried attempted to ever do such a thing There is a Ford Fusion with a V8 swap that is here on TH-cam but I'm with you man I'd love to be the first to have a coyote sitting in my SHO.
This guy is the reason why I bought my 2011 Taurus SHO it’s a amazing car. But I’m in the middle of doing both turbos. Both turbos went bad the back turbo was a nightmare to get back in. But I’m about to do the front turbo. Any tips or tricks I can use? The front turbo has 178k miles never changed. So the bolts are going to be a nightmare as well
