In the end it turns out that asking people on what I should and shouldn't use was meaningless because the game itself decided what units I'm allowed to use by giving me Medic/Supporter/Caster vouchers 24/7. Believe it or not but out of all lupos, Pozy is the most solid starter in IS2. Most enemies in IS2 lack any sort of gimmicks compared to IS3 and IS4 so she simply bruteforces through most of the Floor 1 and 2 stages thanks to her massive damage potential. On top of that the old squads allowed for guaranteed E2 operators so Sniper/Medic squad provides best value as it gives us E2 Lunacub/Provence and Pozy right out of the gate.
