    i ordered the keto plan & got a 15 meals that were labeled keto, but were actually paleo. All had protein than fat, which is not the proper ratio for ketosis. I had to add a lot of fat to each of the meals to make them not kick me out of ketosis. The meals were dry and did not taste good, and the best part is 70% of them contained lots big green olives (which I absolutely hate & didn't even think of requesting not to be in my meals, literally it's like their main ingredient in the meals).

      Taking in more protein vs fat wouldn't kick you out of keto.

      and if your havingmore protein than fat -- your ratio is way out of wack

      @@joegophotos disagree....let's say you're on a carnivore diet. Your body would still use ketones as a fuel source. Not a ketogenic diet per say but you'll still be in ketosis

      @@joegophotos Stop spreading misinformation. It won’t kick you out. If you’re overweight, you can use body fat in replacement of dietary fat. Second of all the ratio means that fat has more calories per gram than protein and carbs. So if something if 6grams of fat and 10 grams of protein, the fat is still higher because fat is 9 calories per gram, while protein is 4 calories per gram.

    Which company is your favorite as far as taste and REALLY being apart of the Keto Diet: Cookunity, Factor75, or Fresh and Lean?

      I only tried CookUnity and factor, I like factor a lot more

      For my keto meals, Factor 75 and Fresh Meal Plan are my two rotating companies. Unfortunately Fresh n lean doesn't suit my taste (kinda gross to me), and don't like the packaging, hard to peel off and had to use scissor

    As the box was unpacked, I heard cash register noises in my head, and decided the whole box must've cost $100+. Am I right?

      kevin kemp and that is complete BS The keto diet is no recommended by cardiologists including mine. The “cholesterol” low fat diet was pushed by on Dr in the 50s and adopted by governments and pushed due to the food industry. Here in the US the food pyramid should be turned upside down. Do yourself a flavor and watch the movie Big Fat Lie to learn the history of the fraud. My respected cardiologist actually said “you told me so”. Also you do get good healthy carbs in keto. And once lose the weight you can switch to paleo.

    Meal delivery services offer an opportunity to eat healthy and limit proportions to a healthy size.
    This only works if you pick the healthy meal choices and plans.
    The Vegan plan is a great option for healthy meals.
    Whole food plant based diets are the best with plenty of vegetables. Limit meat, eggs, dairy and cheese.
