Looks like reduced carb but certainly not keto. Just the one drink and snack equal 1/2 a days carb intake. And carrot 🥕 in so many choices? Not keto.

If someone was strictly Keto then they could just choose meals that are Keto friendly, like the Jerk Chicken in the video, which has only 2.2 grams of carbs. When you order online you can choose the meals with the carbs you want. :)

Unfortunately for most of these food delivery companies, they have to a few dollars to much in order to make a decent profit and as result it doesn't justify the cost. $10-$12 per meal is not cost effective on a daily basis or for a family. In addition as someone else mentioned most (not all) of it is not Keto it is low carb. BUT with all this said I think it is a great alternative and nice to see more and more businesses around the world choosing to at least give people the option to eat better.

Look's pretty good. I'm guessing that it's not keto though as they do still have higher carb vegetables. Probably more low carb so pretty good if you're keeping your carbs

Thanks, each meal had a different carb quantity, and you could always order the ones with the lowest carb content. But yes, it's a great option for low carbers! :)
