I'm a Phil heath fan, but to chime in on the earlier debate about roid its true. Phil Ronnie Dorian you name it they are all products of good drugs. If you don't believe me ask Nasser el sonbati... oh wait you can't Cuz he's dead... from roids
Yea okay you are right. I mean, he takes steroids and growth hormone... I mean thats it, theres no hardwork to it, no dedication, no deciplin, no sacrifices, no on point diet 24/7, no nothing except steroids. Everybody could do this if they just wanted to stick themselves in the ass and do some half reps. Pfff, theres no skill to doing this....
Then how can it be that half the people that take some sort of steroid or growth hormone are tiny as FUCK? Even though theyve been lifting for years..?
