Do starting items count to these transformations? For example, Blue Baby starts with poop I think, so would he only need to pick up two other items to get the “oh crap” transformation? This also applies to Lost with the Holy Mantle, would he get the seraphim transformation faster? Edit: according to another comment section, it’s a yes to Blue Baby but not Lost, but the transformations are useless to them because Blue Baby can’t have red hearts (which the Oh Crap transformation gives when poop is destroyed) and Lost already has flight and doesn’t have any health (Seraphim grants 3 soul hearts)

500 hours later, I've never seen superbum transformation.

To make it Better remove the items after the transformation to show the exact appearance
You lose the transformations in repentance if the items are lost (outside of active items)
Pretty sure Bob also gets immunity to poison mushroom explosions.
The reason why Isaac can fly as his cat is because he accidentally killed him in the chest so the flying represent the cat flying like an angel
