Great comparison. A friend of mine has an Axis and you need to be careful sitting down or you’ll break your butt. I think the Supreme fit, finish and wave performance is way beyond Axis and probably most “premium” brands as well.
You are correct. This was a 2022 T23 and was current model when we shot this video. They changed the body lines for 2023 with the T235 and made it 6 inches longer, though just about everything else about it is the same. The lines on the hull are different, though the running surface design is the same Wake Plus hull.
Dude said the axis is single stitch seats while showing only the center bow cushion. All the other seats in the axis are triple stitch and you can see that in clips of the front of the boat that they showed.
The Axis boats have a combination of stitching - some single, some double and some triple depending on the areas. The Supreme boats have double and triple stitching throughout the boat with no single stitching on any seats or cushions.
Bow cushion takes a bunch of traffic, my brother in law just had his bow center cushion and sun deck repaired from the seams tearing open and its been treated pretty gently, just a matter of certain areas get stepped on.
Why wouldn’t you talk about the msrp of each boat instead of talking about generalities? The wave is best behind the driver seat. Which side of the supreme is best based on prop rotation?
Thanks for the great questions! MSRP is a number drawn up by each manufacturer and not regulated properly. For example, if MSRP should be $140,000, many companies will make it $300,000 with a $160,000 discount or $220,000 with a $80,000 discount. MSRP doesn't change the sell price of the boat or the value, but many dealers like to play with it to make it look like you are getting a HUGE discount. (slightly exaggerated but you understand). Secondly, the props turn the same direction in each boat, making it easier to create a wave on the starboard side as you stated.
@@BoardCo thanks for info, yes the MSRP game changes a lot with options added etc. the discount game will eventually change? We are seeing that in the car industry or will it remain the same as boats are more luxury items? Are the starting prices of the boat similar? Supreme has a lot more options to choose and their base engine is bigger compared to Malibu M5DI I have a 2021 A22 with 210 hours, the worst complaints about boat is bow rise at front and with wedge down it is difficult to steer while there is a rider on port side. Wave is customizable no complaints there
Every Supreme model comes ready to throw a great surf wave out of the box. A customer favorite is the Supreme S240 for its lines and design, which also throws an absolutely killer surf wave.
If you buy a Supreme over an Axis you will get everything you deserve. Do not buy "leaner" boats. Nautique, Malibu, Axis are the only boats worth owning.
Team Supreme! 🔥
This dude is a treasure of knowledge. As far as overall tow boat education you can’t beat him or his BoardCo team
at the end of the day the supreme is a correct craft and you cant beat that fit and and finish, Great video!!
Would love to see comparison between Supreme and Moomba!
Say less.

They are doing a pretty incredible job with the new S220 and S240...
I have an A22 and can literally feel the wood through the seats it’s terrible
Current model year is 2023 and 2024 is already out. How does the current supreme compare to the new T235?
I can’t afford either of them… but now I know the difference.
the hull design may be an old design for the T22 and T23. I thought the hull was redesigned for the 2022 axis T220 and T250?

Videos of waves and wakes is what really matters and they are never present in these comparisons.
What model of supreme is best for surfing?
