The House Across the Lake is my least favourite Riley Sager but I still gave it 3.5 stars.
I read Confessions in one sitting because I just couldn’t put it down. Every chapter leaves you needing more.
I only managed to get ahold of The Christmas Guest AFTER Christmas so I’m going to wait until next Christmas to read it.
I don’t remember if you’ve read any Jennifer Hillier but I would 100% recommend anything by her if you haven’t!
I’m currently reading Bright Young Women by Jessica Knoll and so far it’s set to be my first five star read of the year! I think you would really enjoy it too 😊 I hope you have an incredible 2024 and I can’t wait to see this channel grow even more ❤❤❤
Edit: I’m exactly the same when someone has a dog in a book I’m like “oh no something bad is going to happen to the dog” so I really appreciate you saying that the dog is okay because this book is on my TBR 😂❤
